About Alnisia

I'm a 30 year old mother of two, I have been doing CNA and home health care since I was 19. The reason for my passion and love behind what I do comes from the love I had for my grandmother, she became sick when I was ten and she passed when I was thirteen. Her passing hurt me to know that as a young child I could do nothing to help, even though I was by her side to do what I could to care for her. To know as an adult I could make a difference gave me the drive that I needed to make a difference. Being a CNA gives me the chance to give the love and care to a families' love one in which may be the hardest time having to transition from having a family member to go from taking care of themselves to not being able to do as much. My most proud achievement was April 10 2017 when after doing the job of a CNA and Home health care for 11 years I finally had got the official title besides my kids that was the proudest day of my life it might not mean nothing to some but it means everything to me.

I love being a caregiver I been doing it since I was 15 years old throughout my high school years. I started seeing about my neighbor she was wheelchair bound I had to use a hoyer lift to transfer her unto the bed to the potty chair to the wheelchair. I gave her a bed bath her legs where cut off she had dementia really bad she was 89 years old. She told me stories about her life coming up as a little girl trips she took with her husband and children. She helped me cook dinner for her I really love her but she has passed on.
