I decided to become a CNA after helping my Mom care for several family members, at different times, who were ill. I visited both of my Grandmothers in nursing facilities and realized how important it was for them to have individuals working there who truly cared about their well-being. I am a caring, compassionate and empathetic person, who has a great passion for caring for others. I am a Mother to two sons, one is 23 and the other is 10. I worked in the administrative field for most of my life, but got burned out and decided to do something personally rewarding.
