I have worked as an educator for most of my career. I have recently switched avenues to healthcare, a field that is much more inline with my personality. I pride myself in being very patient, helpful, organized, compitent, ethical, friendly, and a teamplayer. I like being a Caregiver beacuse it gives me an immediate gratification. I can look at the smile on someone's face and know that I directly impacted them positively. Often, I can see the client/pacient being able to cope with life better as a result of my efforts. This provides a win-win situation for all interested parties, the client gets their medical/assistive needs met, and I feel as if I am provided a much needed service. I am most proud of my ability to adapt to environments and make others feel comfortable while going through tough times or situations. Often times, the smallest thing you do can make a great impact on a client/patient in a tremendous way. In my spare time I like reading motivational books, listening to positive uplifting music, journaling or taking pictures.
