I have been providing care to individuals in my community for over 22 years. I feel blessed to have been able to provide care to individuals with care until their last moment on earth. Each person has made a large impact on my life. Some families have been my family for many years because of the connection of the person I provided care for. I have worked with individuals with developmental disabilities, physical disabilities and dementia.

Hi! My name is Jessi. I have been working as an "official" care giver for about 10 yrs. Being the oldest sibling and cousin of my family as well as being married for 17 yrs. With two teens, it feels much longer! I have worked in assisted living facilities and private homes. I've cared for many clients with several different limitations. What makes me a great caregiver is that I strongly care for others and their well being. I'm reliable, I'm very understanding. I try my best to fulfill every given task that is brought upon me. I'm a great motivation person. I enjoy being their as a friend that's one main reason I became a caregiver. I like the fact that I'm able to be there for other's to give them a hand and to even just being able be have a one-on one impact is a great feeling. A personal achievement that I'm proud of is that I'm in school for nursing.

My name is Cristin Philpot, I am 19 years old... I graduated from auburn high class of 2021, I am now going to Southern Union State Community College. I have 4 years experience in caregiving. I have worked for companies and have also done personal caregiving. I've cared for my own family members and clients that became like family. I treat each client and their family as if I've always known them and they can be comfortable with me, knowing they can trust me. I have experience in hospice care as well as dementia and alzheimer's patients. I love being a caregiver because it gives me the chance to make a difference in people's lives and help out where others can't or don't have the ability to do so. I've held many hands as they took their last breath and been there to help the family through it. My grandmother was a nursing assistant and I would always go to work with her when I was younger which sparked my interest in caring for others. I have a very compassionate heart and caring personality which causes me to go above and beyond for my clients. Helping people and making a difference in their lives is a real passion of mine and I plan to do it for as long as I can. I'm dependable, trustworthy and someone you can always count on.
