Mr. Stith was in his early twenties and suffered from a neurological disorder. My duties for this young man and his family were bathing, feeding tube/peg tube care, physical therapy, toileting, run errands, mobility/transferring, administering medications, charting, light housekeeping, and companionship. This sweet family rated me 5 stars on my family review and gave me a raise. They are also one of my references.

I cared for my neighbor Miss Jessie for a year. I ran errands for her such as grocery shopping, putting gas in her car because she has arthritis, took her to doctors appointments. I was more of a companion than anything. She'd tell me stories of her childhood and share family photos and reminisce about her late husband. When she moved I helped pack up her apartment. She became a dear friend that I miss very much.
