Hello, I am a mature, active caregiver who loves the outdoors. I am natural nurturer, and I enjoy helping families. I have experience working with families as a doula, nanny, caregiver for teenagers, and individuals with Parkinson's and cancer. As a DONA certified postpartum doula, I am trained to care for the needs of both mother and newborn. As a postpartum doula I help families create a postpartum plan, and help implement the plan. I provide spouse and sibling support, and I can prepare lactation enhancing meals. I have experience preparing natural foods. When I am not caregiving, I spend time with my two daughters in nature. I have a professional background in art, and half of my time is spent creating new work to exhibit.
