Hello I'm krystal, I'm a cancer [?] so if you know than than you know. I'm a very caring and good hearted person. I love to take off people. My last client I was with her for 2 years she moved away and I'm still in contact with her. I love to take care of my grandmother she my sweetheart. I've been married to my husband for 12 years and we adopted and little girl and she's 3. My last job I was in was manufacturing but it's just not where my heart is. I love taking care of people I'm very hands on.

I started caregiving with my own mother at the age of 14. When my mother passed away at in my arms I knew that it was my calling to provide elderly with the stability and comfort they deserve to be able to stay in their own homes and feel loved and cared for like they deserve.

I care about helping elderly people and children that have a disability. When you love taking care of people and it's a blessing to want to do it, because some elderly people don't have family and you willing to step in and help.. God will bless you. You have to treat people the way you want to be treat.. One day we going to get old and we need the help. My achievement is that I help them to do whatever needs to be done, while they in my present of care.

Not only can I offer physical support but my my past training allows me to provide emotional support for both my clients and their families. I can offer my clients a wide variety services. These services include companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, transportation, and medication management. I am also highly efficient in basic caregiving tasks such as monitoring vital signs and performance of personal hygiene which include bathing, skin care, oral care, shaving, nail care and peri care. I am also very familiar with basic medical equipment such as hospital beds, lift recliners, wheel chairs, walkers, bed pans, fracture pans, bedside toilets, oxygen machines and portable tanks, and breathing treatment equipment. I am also well trained in lifting and transferring techniques for safety.

I have been working with Geriatric patients since 2008, after graduating high school. Going into healthcare knowing nothing about it, I began my career working in a Alzheimer's / Dementia unit. Since then I have also worked with post acute patients, those who require care after their hospital stay and are not able to return home right away. I take great pride in my nursing career and caring for others. I enjoy building relationships with my patients and their families. Being a care giver gives me the opportunity to bring joy to someone's life, making life a little easier, and impacting the quality of life for my patients.

I am a easy out going, fun loving , person. I absolutely love to be a caregiver. It's all I know. My mother got sick with cancer when I was 12. I took care of her myself while my father worked until she passed away in my arms at the age of 17. I knew then that life was a delicate thing. And I knew I wanted to care for people and give them the last smile or last hope to have a someone special in there life. I knew this was me. I knew it then and all these 25 plus years later it's still me. My clients are my family.
