I am personable and enjoy being a home care provider. I became a caregiver because I wanted to help others by assisting them with their activities of daily living. I enjoyed caring for many seniors over the years and learned quite a lot from them. I believe I'm a great caregiver because I have had extensive training in a skilled nursing facility as well as in many private homes. I also enjoy seeing the difference that I often make in people's lives. I became a nursing assistant back in 1982 and acquired my Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license at the convalescent hospital where I worked. I then went on to work for several home care agencies and acquired my Certified Home HeaIth Aide (CHHA) license. I have worked as an independent contractor caregiver for years. I am willing to commute for full-time employment. I have great references and will be happy to submit them upon request.

I am a very compassionate, patient, and nurturing person. I have the skills and experience in home health care. I am very passionate when it comes to helping the elderly stay in their own home. I enjoy making a positive difference in my clients life. Mostly I enjoy the little bonding moments that I share with my clients. It's hard to talk about ourselves but I'll give it a try, I was introduced to caregiving by a family member since that day I went and got my self in school to get my cna certification later on I also received my dsp certification. This career is very rewarding for me, helping people and providing support to the people that needed the most is what I enjoy doing the most. I have been a caregiver since 2009. I have a great passion for taking care of others and have spent most of my working career doing so. I have worked with a variety of Alzheimer's and dementia clients as well as Parkinson's, MS, Diabetes, severe respiratory issues, Huntington's disease , cancer and those on hospice all which include many different special needs. I also work at the San Juan Unified School District with Autistic preschool children which requires much energy, patience and understanding. I am also fully vaccinated.
