Hello, my name is Madriecka Ogletree. I've been working in the home care field for over 12 years. I love what I do. I love being able to make a difference by helping others even with the smallest tasks. I have a wide range of experience but always willing to learn more and widen my knowledge.

Nursing is a calling, God placed it in my heart.I nurse as if I'm doing it unto the Lord I absolutely LOVE what I do & I'm so blessed through it.I've been voted the best nurse at my facility by my patients.I learn my patients, their individual needs, specific likes/dislikes and personality. I've been a nurse sine 2002 I am & will always be my patient's advocate.Insisting & ensuring they get the highest quality care.I'm very skilled, kind, patient, compassionate, giving & caring. My desire is to touch lives & improve the quality of life for those needing nursing care.I graduated nursing school with a 4.0, finished all but 7 months of RN school & then life happened & financially wasn't able to finish. Now unfortunately many of my classes have expired, but I'm ok with that lvn/rn just long as I'm nursing. I'm a 34yo mother to the BEST 16yo in the WORLD & very happily married woman.I'm originally from GA & I've got the southern drawl to prove it.I love animals of all kinds & believe they're a gift from God. I'm saved by grace through faith (thank you Jesus), I'm spiritual not religious. I'd never push my beliefs on you. I speak through my actions & hope they reflect evidence of something bigger than myself (God) working through me.Experience in staff development, psych care, hospital settings (med-surg & telemetry) & long term care.I have a heart for the elderly.Looking for a better opportunity. I love helping people, I have a heart for caregiving, I want to make every client feel comfortable around me. I like caregiving because I can make my client feel like they can trust me while caring for them when they don't have families, help, or their family has passed away. What I enjoy most about caregiving it seeing people smile that I take care of and knowing I do a great job. I am proud of sticking to the healthcare field it's my passion.

What makes me a great caregiver is that I listen and watch my clients. I may close attention to small details because at times that's all that matters. What attracted me to become a caregiver is the way I was raised to care for people who are in need and may not have anyone else. I was taught to treat and show respect to all kinds of humanity regardless of the way the look,talk,and dressed. The most thing I enjoy about being a caregiver is making sure that my person needs are met to my best abilities. My personal achievement that I'm proud of is me giving back when I can.

Since I was a child I liked to help and serve people who could not fend for themselves and through this profession I do what I like to do that is to serve and help people with their physical needs or disabilities and getting paid to do that. I like this work for my personal satisfaction that gives me to see many people that I can help and serve and contribute to their welfare. I am proud to have my nursing assistant license allows me to work in what I like to do. I'm still studying. And finish the course of LPN and I am preparing for the state exam. Serve and help people with a disability is my passion. I am a person who likes to serve people. I am very responsible in everything I do. I am very polite and very patient. I love to communicate with people. I love my profession as a nurse assistant.

I was created to give care, and help to heal with my hands, through my heart, using natural remedies mostly. I have had my youthful times of being youthful, lol, yet I've been giving care since I was a little school girl. What I enjoy about being a caregiver is getting to know my patients. It's better to want to understand them & how they're doing in their everyday lives. I love to help my patients, I don't mind at all. It's always good to see them smile & comfortable around you. To know they trust you is great.

I'm a very caring person, and I love my career, I believe that being a caregiver is one of the kindest things you can do in life, I always been the type of person that like to provide and comfort others , I'm so happy that I achieved such high levels of empathy therefore I will put others needs before my own.

I have always been a care giver in one way or another.I was a mother of 5 and little sister of two spoiled older brothers.I love to do crafts, gardening, also love animals. I just moved to country and have cats, dogs, and pigs.I love being a caregiver because I am dedicated to my patient - my friend.I make them a part of my family at work and after.My hours may stop but I never quit being their friend.I know my job, I'm am very secure with my experience at other jobs and there outcomes.I would like to start the New Year with you and your family.
