Hello, I pray you're reading about me while all is well. You may see that I did not include a particular school of training. This is because all of my experience is hands on, from the private care of my own grandmother to the private care of others and then that as a caregiver for Home Instead Senior Care. I am a chef by trade, but I have a passion for & love the elderly and mentally disabled. When you have a natural passion for something you excel at it. This is what makes me a wonderful caregiver. I'm always willing to put in any extra time needed to learn new things. I love spending time with the elderly & mentally disabled, & I treat them as I would my own family. I understand that it is not always easy to have someone come into your home to help you do things you've been used to doing on your own. I treat every client of mine with the dignity & respect they deserve and am always willing to go above and beyond to make sure they are cared for. I enjoy listening to their stories, preparing nostalgic meals, & being a motivation & encouragement in any way that I can. Please dont hesitate to ask me anything that may be of a concern when it comes to your loved one. I am very transparent, loyal, honest and patient, and would love to be of any help that I can be. I am a newly Registered Nurse who has solid communication skills for a variety of patients. I am extremely flexible, express empathy, compassion and attention to detail in many different situations. I have four years of CNA experience, CPR certified and PEARS certified (pediatric life support). I was attracted to being a caregiver after caring for my own family members and felt the need to help more people in my community. I became a caregiver after caring for my grandmother after she fell ill. I love being able to help people. I love making others happy and making a difference in the lives of others. This is what I enjoy doing. I am proud of the fact I change peoples lives everyday. I have been a CNA for 7 years and have worked in skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, and now corrections. I have worked with residents with dementia and alzheimers. I absolutely loved it!

I cared for a family who lived by me; they had 5 children, and when I began, they were all 5 years or younger. I built wonderful relationships with all of them and still keep in touch today: however, the mother is a teacher and does not require a summer babysitter. I also nannied all summer for two beautiful 7-year-old twin girls Monday through Friday. I'm a CNA and have been for a year. I love helping people and I am good at adapting to each persons needs. Also, I am not one to be conceited, but I am confident that I am very good at what I do.

I am a mother of 3 and love life. I am a very easy going person and my friends and family say I have a great personality and love to be around me.
