Hello, My name is Jaime, I live in Rindge, NH. I am a dedicated wife of 21 years and mom of 3 amazing boys ages 12, 17, 19 my most favorite things to do is spend time with family, camping, fishing, yard work, cleaning and helping others. I have been in the medical field for 27+ years. I worked as a PCA at Lowell general hospital in the ICU for 7 years where I gained a ton of knowledge and I enjoyed it very much, following that I accepted a postion as a practice manager of a primary care physican office which I was employed there for 18.5 years, my family and I relocated and purchased a home in Rindge NH and we love it here. I've been doing home care since 2021 and I absolutely adore helping others, I have a soft spot for elders, and all humans in need of help, being a PCA/HHA gives me great purpose in life and I truly enjoy meeting new clients and being able to provide them with the highest quality care they deserve. I consider myself to be caring, reliable and very detail oriented.

I value each individual regardless of age, sex, religion, culture values, etc. I find it very rewarding being able to impact someones life in a positive way. I chose to be a caregiver from my childhood taking care of my loved ones in my family whoever got sick and was hospitalized, I was number one to go and take care of them, when I grew up, started to take care of my Mom who had diabetes and High blood pressure, came to America and started working in a small assisted living for people with Alzheimer and my passion for care increased .I was so happy to make a difference in these people and make them smile.

I became a personal care assistant back in 2016 due to my mom being diagnosed with ALS, she is why I love my job she gave me the courage and love I needed and it's my promise to treat every client with the utmost respect. Being able to assist with everyday needs, personal care, medication assistance, assistance with physical therapy, and I also have a good amount of expierience with demetia Alzheimer's and depression and anxiety, daily excercise and staying hydrated is a huge deal with my clients. I'm proud of myself because for the past 5 years I've been a single mom and my family is very important to me, especially my oldest who went through chemotherapy for over a year and beat stage 4 Hodgkin's lymphoma. I stayed with him through his journey and I stayed strong and healthy through it all!!

Not only do I have an excellent record for an outstanding caregiver, I am also a very calm person with a grateful heart and a smile as big as the sun which for about 20 years have brought joy and made an impact on many families I have worked with and clients I have cared for. Growing up in a Christian home back in Ghana, I was raised to treat others as I will expect to be treated. What attracted me most to become a caregiver was the man I grew up to love and called my dad. My stepfather was a gentle, respectful and a peaceful man who loved me and treated me as his own.. In his late 70's while I was already in the United states, he was diagnosed with Alzheimers and became the opposite of what we knew him to be. With zero ideas on how to care for him, I intensified my search on caring for patients with Alzheimers and dementia , I took a class through the state of Massachusetts at the Notre dame learning center in Worcester. In doing this, I was able to educate my family back home on how to better his care. What I am most proud of being a caregiver is hearing stories about what a client had been through in life with either their success, achievement, accomplishments, battles with diseases etc. and the patients will to live. Knowing that both the client and their family are trusting me completely with the care of their loved one towards the end of life and that beautiful THANK YOU CARD with words of appreciation and gratitude I receive from the family when my work is done brings me lots of joy knowing I did it RIGHT. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is becoming good friends with my client by adopting their likes and seeing contentment in their eyes knowing that they are comfortable and safe with me around or When we make dinner together with minimal help from them yet it gives them a sense of living or when we race each other to answer question on jeopardy. or on a not so happy day when I still find a way to put a smile on their face .

I genuinely love taking care of people. Meeting needs of others fills my needs. It makes me happy to feel I have did a good job caring for someone.
