I worked with a lot of patients suffering from either dementia, Alzheimer's, diabetes, urinary, respiratory, cardiopulmonary, restorative, and more. I became a personal care assistant back in 2016 due to my mom being diagnosed with ALS, she is why I love my job she gave me the courage and love I needed and it's my promise to treat every client with the utmost respect. Being able to assist with everyday needs, personal care, medication assistance, assistance with physical therapy, and I also have a good amount of expierience with demetia Alzheimer's and depression and anxiety, daily excercise and staying hydrated is a huge deal with my clients. I'm proud of myself because for the past 5 years I've been a single mom and my family is very important to me, especially my oldest who went through chemotherapy for over a year and beat stage 4 Hodgkin's lymphoma. I stayed with him through his journey and I stayed strong and healthy through it all!!

I have worked in the human service field since I was 18. I've always been the care taker for all. I've been in management for over 12 years, hiring staff to provide exceptional care to adults with disabilities. One things I have always said is that I can teach anyone anything but I cannot each them compassion. Staff that I've hired to care for our individuals most definitely have to be compassionate. I am a mother of 3 girls. I'm committed to ensuring that whoever needs care lives their life to their fullest potiential. I have an elderly ill father who I take care of who is my world.
