My name is Linda. I have 2 grown children, a cat and a dog. My background is 20 + years of working in Social Work to help people succeed and live their best lives. I have been a caregiver for the past 10 years until the couple recently passed. Basically, I Love people!!! I am an optimist and keep a positive attitude. I love to help people. I have many achievements on a professional level but feel my biggest achievement is raising 2 well adjusted children with huge hearts. They are kind and would help anybody. I love animals and plants. I'm dependable (never missed a day of work, including 24/7 shifts). I am in excellent health (never smokes, drank or had taken drugs), have a strong back, able to assist with lifting, current on all vaccines and TB test, drug tested, CPR/First Aide certified, no criminal record, clean DMV record and fully insured. I'm a very social person. I enjoy helping and being there for others. I'm caring and take my job seriously when it comes to my clients whether it be the family or the client themselves. I enjoy the outdoors and going for walks and of course listening to my clients talk about what they like. I also enjoy engaging with my clients in games for cognition. I've worked with clients who have Alzheimer's and/or Dementia for over 14 years as a Memory Care Director and caregiver and have enjoyed every moment. I chose to be a caregiver because I wanted to have that one to one time with a client. I've met some wonderful families and clients over the years and enjoy seeing the smiles on their faces when they see their loved ones enjoying life again. The one achievement I am proud of is when I took the first step into becoming a Memory Care Director/Caregiver. My life has only been blessed because of the choice I made.

Hi my name is Tammy and I have lived in this area for 46 years. I am a people person and currently care for people from kindergarten to 90 years old. I love people. I started caregiving between my 8th and 9th grade year of school when my mom got very sick. The caregiving I took on at that age was wound care, personal care, companionship, housekeeping, and cooking so I have been at this for a moment. I have been a 24/7 caregiver or family members and work 24-hour shifts with clients because it's not about me and my needs it's about my clients and their needs in order to get them to a better place in life. I would say now looking back I am proud that my mom is my first client.

Patient, kind and smiling, with positive approachable attitude, serving my client to the best of my ability. At 62, I consider myself able bodied, unencumbered, and semi-retired. My previous travels to five continents is perhaps an advantage in conversation to caregiving clients, it mostly adds a smile and an expression of wonderment, thereby adding to journey in conversation. My love for love for animals is ten fold, also an advocate for nature.

I also excel at planning creative activities customized to resident needs and physical/mental abilities. Examples include pet visits from a nearby animal shelter, game nights, outdoor activities, art and visits with my own service dogs if that is something they would enjoy. It can be challenging at times, but I truly enjoy working with each one of my clients. Though I strive to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients, the ongoing lessons I have learned from them have in return made a lasting impact in my life.

I am a dependable, healthy, hard-working individual. In addition I have more than twelve years of healthcare experience - in home care and in a hospital. I am interested in focusing on home care as I find the one-on-one relationship more personal and rewarding and have the skills and temperament to do the work. The accomplishment I am proudest of is having owned and operated a successful cafe/coffee shop.

I have been a caregiver for 28 years. I have worked in nursing homes, assisted living, hospitals and in private homes. I love my job. I enjoy knowing that my care and love has helped people and saved people. It is very self satisfying to see someone light up and smile when I come in their room or their homes. I have been told I have a huge heart and I am a very caring and loving person and my experience is very helpful. It fills my heart with joy to know I make a difference in that persons life.
