Hello my name is Stephaine . I have been working with the elderly community and special needs community for 5 years. Also I have been a care giver for the elderly people in my family for about 3 years. I being a care giver because I get to help my clients .

I am a kind and caring person. I love providing care for anyone that can't care for themselves or just needing companionship. With my 5 years of being a caregiver I grow to love doing what I do. Knowing I'm helping someone that can put a smile on there face is why I love doing what I do. What I enjoy most about being a caregiver is meeting new and interesting people.

In high school I studied Allied Health Science and later became a Nursing Assistant. I loved it. Every day was a new challenge and completing each challenge was its own reward. Although I would have to say that. I thought it was awesome that a gentleman stopped me in the grocery store to tell me thank you for saving his life. He said continuing to do CPR until help arrived although everyone else walked away saved his life. All I could do was think about how bad felt knowing that guy died

I am a 51 year old woman with alot of love to share. I love to help seniors in there daily tasks. I have 6 grandkids and 3 daughters. I work very hard and love my jobs. I love caregiving because I know im helping someone and im very dedicated in helping people. I genuinely care for people. My mother had MS and when I was 5 she couldn't 5 and sometimes couldn't see or speak. I had to do everything for her wash cook clean feed her and my younger sister as well. When I was 14 liberty home health taught me how to take care of my mom and started paying me to take care of her. Seeing what my mom went thru is what attracts me to care giving we all are going to need somebody one day and I just pray that when I do I get the same great treatment that I give to those who need it. I enjoy getting to know my clients and doing anything they need me to do as long as my client is great I'm great! I'm proud of not giving up! So many times I couldn't given up or went dow min the wrong path but I didn't go that route! Growing up with a sicken bed ridden parent is hard because you have so much room to really mess up but I choose to do good stay in school and to the right thing. And I finished raising my sister!
