Hi grace and peace, I'm 45 yrs old I work as a nursing assistant on and off from 2010 to 2014 and I work home care from 2006 to now I love help I believe my lord and saver Jesus have me here to help how need my help God bless.

What makes me a great caregiver is my inability to give up. I will push until my patient receives the proper treatment and is fully satisfied. I love working as a caregiver making sure my client has comfort when no one else is around and they always have a smile until their no longer requesting my service. I got into this field with my own experience dealing with my grandmother who died from Alzheimer's it was really hard not being able to speak up for her and make her feel more comfortable so I vowed to speak up for those in need and make sure to never fail them.

What makes me a great caregiver is my innate emphasis on the virtue and value of empathy. I may be physically strong, however my emotional strength is probably even more immense. I am a resilient, courageous, sensitive, compassionate and kind, which attracts me to the work of being a caregiver. What I enjoy most about this work is that it is heart-based and that I get to actually connect with human beings on a true level, additionally those who have already had plenty of life experience. A personal achievement I am proud of is having become a licensed EMT, whether or not I've pursued it as a career. And also that I am knowledgeable and familiar with complex mental health situations. I have a desire to serve, however I believe that my service should come with a true purpose rather than personal gain, so I look forward to helping out those who can use truly use my assistance. Hello my name is AnnMarie I've been in the healthcare field now for approx. 15 years. I started working in a nursing home when I was 17 and never looked back. I went to school for my nursing and am going to go back to continue on to my RN. I currently work in peoples homes taking care of their loved ones needs. I've been in home care for 14+ years. I worked for Hospice for 6 years, Parkinsons, TBI, stroke, and developmental disabilities patients and etc. I love what I do because I treat all my clients like if they were my family and also the way I would like to be treated. What attract me to Homecare was when I was in high school I used to work in the nursing home. And I am proud of making my patient happy seeing a smile on a face.
