I've always worked directly with residents within the communities to learn their likes and dislikes as well as form a more personal relationship with each person. I also started a few different procedures for everyone to fallow so we could be more consistent with his care. I started all of these while working closely with Bessie and she said I was a God send to her family and she was so grateful I was there for her father.
