I became a caregiver in 2011 I am CPR certified,I have my Nurse Delegation,Dementia &Alzheimer's, Developmental Disabilities speciality training,Mental Health ,Insulin Delegation i have all my certificates of competition. It is my passion to take care of others it has always been my dream job since I was little I wanted to become a nurse, I enjoy working with the clients of all ages and socio-economic backgrounds and have a demonstrated ability to develop great relationship with them and their families. Moreover, I am trustworthy and responsible person who takes great pleasure in all kinds of caregiving tasks. Besides, I am dedicated to work hard and always accept challenges to produce winning outcomes. Over and above, I am an active team player who is able to work effectively with managers and co-workers. I have been in many setting witch includes an adult family home where I cooked,cleaned,bathed,and did medication administrations along with patient adls with 6 residents to myself for 12 hours a day. Ive also worked at rehabilitation facilities,assisted living as a med tech. My favorite thing about what i do is knowing that i play a special part in someone's life who can no longer take of themselves and i get the privilege to do so and having the trust of it being all in my hands. Im very proud of myself for sticking with being a caregiver and getting all the diffrent trainings i have and experience i have gotten from it.

I having been a police for over 25 years, my career changed suddenly in 2018 after I lost my sister to cancer. I was away when she passed on and when I came back I was told that my sister's health detorriated so much and she had no caregiver to assist her even to get to hospital at times perhaps she would have atleast lived longer if there was someone to assist her. I was disappointed to know this and from that day on I decided to go out and care for those who need help so here I am and I always want to give the best I can.

I believe I am a grwt caregiver because I have a compassion an patience for people. My grandmother has Parkinson's disease and I always wished I could care for here instead of removing her from Home. But honestly it was best because she not only does likes the place she likes the people gave gotta close to a lot. Caring for the elderly is something I am very passionate about. I learned early on that providing quality care improves quality of life. Being able to see just how much I make a difference has been immensely rewarding for me. My most recent experience has been in post surgery care and this too is very rewarding as I get to be an encourager and an enforcer so that patients can get stronger and live on their own.

I currently have 12 years of experience in the medical field. I started out my career as a CNA working in an assisted living facility. Working with patients who had Alzheimer's and dementia, there was a retirement side for individuals who just needed assistance with ADLs and also a Medicare site for patients who had been discharged from the hospital and we're needing follow-up care. Since then I've been working As a medical assistant in different areas. I've worked with OB and infertility I've worked with family care gastroenterology urgent care special needs and pediatrics as well as geriatric care. I'm currently working out a gastroenterology clinic. And I really enjoy doing so. I really enjoy working with elders and being able to reach them on a whole different level because of my experience. I became a caregiver after growing up in foster care and living with a family where the wife/mother was a neonatal nurse and I went to work with her several times and I became inspired to take care of people
