My name is Gabriel Cunningham and I am a 24 year old male looking to spend my time in the service of others. To me caring for others especially older folks doesn't sound like a job but a pleasure. I don't have much experience in this regard other than caring for my own grandmother but I have good emotional intelligence and an open and honest personality. I strive to live life without judgment and as a result I tend to not take things personally and endeavor to understand who or what may initially rub me the wrong way. Above all, I have a love for knowledge and experience and would love the opportunity to get to know anyone I am in the care of.

I have been into, involved in, and around care giving my whole life; my grandma and great grandma raised me and were both caregivers their whole adult carriers and I would always be with one of them while they were at their work place, and would always allow me to help out as much as I could because I would constantly be asking what I could do to help! So I began to grow a pretty strong passion and love when it came to caring after others that led all the way up to once I was all grown up and taking care of and looking after my grandma in whom I ended up taking care of up until she unfortunately passed away from a heart attack. But I enjoy the bonds and friendships you build with your clients; and always making sure that they know that they aren't alone and seeing the smiles and laughter, and happiness is definitely rewarding

Hi, I have been a Certified Nursing Assistant for 5 years now. I have been a caregiver since 2013, going on 10 years total now. I am very compassionate and love my all my clients like family. I am very reliable and have my own vehicle. I would the opportunity to meet you and your family member.

I became a caregiver to learn & gain experience so that I can care for my own aging loved ones in the future. I found it can be quite rewarding & I also learned alot about what it takes to do this kind of work & how to show compassion & how to deliver care with empathy. I consider my personality to be serious person yet jokative when I need to make a client smile. I realize it is sometimes hard on clients getting to the point of needing a caregiver, it's not always the easiest for them & in my mind I put myself in their position as far as the thoughts & feelings that go through their heads & act accordingly to how I would want a caregiver to act & be for me. What I find to be the most rewarding is forming bonds with clients & realizing now matter what age difference there is that at the end of the day we're all just people trying to make it from one day to another while giving it our best to keep positive outlooks.

I love to care for others before myself. I found that caregiving and other profession's alike are my passion and calling. I am attentive and thorough when it comes to assisting another human being with improving their quality of their life. I have a patient yet ambitious temperament and I love to make others smile. I am working towards applying for the registered nursing program and putting all my organizational skills and medical knowledge to use to obtain my Associates of Science Registered Nursing Degree at College of the Redwoods.
