I see caregiving job as a ministry to give back to those who have given so much in their lifetime. In addition to providing companionship, I can help monitor medications, prepare delicious meals, keep home and laundry clean. I can transport my client to doctor's appointment as necessary. I was caregiver for my dad for ten years he needed me to care for his daily needs. After his second brain surgery that he lost his long term memory. I couldn't mind since my dad cared for me when I was a baby to teen-years. So I couldn't turn my back on him. Plus as a nurse assistance it is my job to care for the client in their time of need. That I gave my dad the best care as a parent would give to a child. I am the mother of two grown children a son and a daughter and my son-In-law and two grandchildren Autumn and Gabriel.
