By allowing your loved one, to safely do as much as they can on their own, and helping them the rest of the way toward their goals, they are able maintain independence for as long as possible. It is my privilege to be able to assist your loved one in their activities of daily living and keeping them comfortable and safe. We can do light exercises, play games, cards, do puzzles, listen to their favorite music - our person in care chooses when they can, family and friends can also share their favorite leisure activities.

Being that every one of my role models were in healthcare I just knew that I would want to also! Putting my foot in the door to becoming a caregiver has been the dream I've always had as a child and I cannot wait to continue my education through not only my patients but through the family as well!

Well I always say the good lord made me for this I have a big heart my residents always called me smiley which I try to always keep know matter how I may feel .I love the elderly there stories just putting a smile on there face ..Well the girls woukd cone get me if they couldn't understand someone because I could just knowing I helped someone and made there day better was always a good day for me .

Caregiving comes natural to me because I am a caring person. It's really cool I can make a career from a trait I possess. Caring as well as big heartedness are my strengths, and I use that in my work everyday with my clients. In my free time I enjoy patio time, grilling, and writing.

Hello I'm Ladonna, I am 35 years old, I have three children two girls and a boy ages from 15,10,7. I love being a caregiver because I feel like I miss a lot with my grandparents and I get so close with my clients it's really sad sometimes but you know I enjoy it because I love them just like I would love my own mother or grandmother or father or grandfather. I have also worked with a special needs I had a client he had cerebral palsy and he was in his sixties I worked with him for about 2 years and I just love him and he loves me, we hated to part ways, but things happened and you know I just wasn't able to stay with him and we still talk from time to time and I feel in spots for him. Also I have references. I think that I'm funny, I'm a very good listener, I'm a good cleaner, I have patience, I'm very Stout I can lift quite a bit so that would be an issue if I had to lift them . But most of all I have a good heart ;) And I love the Lord. I trust him with every aspect of my life today. And I really hope to hear from you and let me be that special someone for you to help with your loved ones because I will love them just like they were my own.
