I am a very loyal, caring, and compassionate person. It gives me great joy to be able to help someone in there time of need. I started my caregiving journey in 2001. I went to CNA school and became a CNA at that time. I worked in a nursing home for 2 years then went to work at a hospital for 5 years. After that I started my journey being a one on one caregiver. And I have helped people in there home for the past 10 years. I enjoy what I am able to do for the patients and there families.

I love what I do , I love taking caring of other. What made me want to continue loving and caring for others that aren't able to do for themselves or need assistance? It feels so good knowing your doing good for someone. I love that I've learned to listen to others and how they feeling so I could see what I could do to help them feel better. My name is Sabrina Frank. I been working in healthcare for 4 years now. I really enjoy it. I like to learn my client and know what's the care plan on my client. I get the job done and I am hard work and ready to work. My goal is to get my light housekeeping done and do what my client needs me to do other then that I am ready to work.

When I started out as a caregiver it was basically just a job. But taking care of my client it didn't feel like a job anymore. I was told years ago that I should be caregiver because I have the patience and love of a caregiver. Taking care of him was more like taking care of a family member. I've had plenty of different jobs and didn't really like my job. But I really love what I do as a caregiver and plan on continuing. I feel like this is my calling and where god really wants me. I miss my client but I know he in a better place and out of pain. There were times he wouldn't eat so we couldn't give him medicine. I would find a way for him to eat some soup then he could have medicine. At the end he refuse to eat or drink anything and I was only one who could get him to drink water. It hurt getting the phone call saying he was gone. I almost started looking for different job so I wouldn't get close and love another client. But when you find something you love you stick with it no matter what and I really love and enjoy being a caregiver. If i'm taking care of your love one I promise to give them the love and attention I would want someone to give mine.
