Some traits that I have that are necessary in the health care industry are patience, great communication, attentiveness, loyal, humorous, caring & respectful. One thing that attracted to being a caregiver is the way my clients feel after I've done my shift, me being able to help someone is enough for me to have a great day! My personality traits as a caregiver I'm outgoing, understanding, organized, have a kind heart and honest. What attracted me of becoming a caregiver over 17 years ago was I saw my grandmother served her community. A caregiver to those in our neighborhood and other people that needed her support. I enjoy hearing the stories of the elderly of the things they did previously in their life. One of my greatest achievement that I am very proud of being a caregiver is previous had a patient that was a hospice was told that she only had several weeks and I came in and supported her and showed her kindness and she survived over a year with peace, comfort and great care.

Hello, I am a compassionate & loving person. I do this work because it brings me joy to help people in need. I have been involved with in home care since I was 25 & I am now 40. Most of my experience is with Dementia/ Alzheimer's. I pride myself on my patience with the elderly. I love to sit ( if we have time ) and just listen to them, they have so much experience and knowledge. I have a very wide variety of experience.

My personality traits as a caregiver are very strong companionship and patient with clients because that's all I ever done is care for people very patient and a great companion. It would attract me as a caregiver is that coming up and getting jobs I've always found myself as being better when I work with seniors and or children are used to Candice right at a hospital I ran an in-home daycare or a boy always work with seniors that's when I was always the happiest in the many jobs that I've always hell.
