The love and care that I give to people, knowing that I can make any kind of difference is a joy to me. I've been a Home Health Aide for well over 8 years, making lives better is everything to me.

I am a loving and caring individual. I started watching babies when one of my siblings had their first baby which was back in 2014 and from there forward I watching babies whenever my family had them. I did have assistance from my other siblings but i got to experience a lot with each of the babies and they all had different personalities and different needs of how to care for them effectively. I currently still babysit my one niece who is 4 now and it's great. I have a now 1 year old and also a Australian shepherd who I going on 5months. I have had dogs my whole life. From being with my parents to living on my own an finding my own animal friend to live. We are currently in dog training classes so that's a great plus. For seniors I've taking care of my grandparents from a very young age (with of course help from my parents) to now I work part time with people with developmental disabilities of ages ranging from 20s on up to 60s plus. House cleaning: that's literally all I do at home. Clean and clean non stop years of experience from a young girl to now. But you get the true experience when you get your own place so I say about 4 years now of truly getting the understanding of household cleaning.

Including but not limited to being a CNA ( certified nursing assistant) and completing my LPN program at Erie 1 Boces. I started this journey at the age of 18 because of my mom who is my biggest inspiration and now a RN BSN, and working twords her NP. I'm a happy fun loving compassionate hard working women, who believes in this field that all patients come first. Regardless of sickness ,disease or mental incapabilities or even hardships one may face . One thing I enjoy about being is this field is having a positive impact in someone else's life. During my career I've delt with clients in hospice, pelative care and clients with demintia parapalegics etc...I'm knowledgeable in diebetes respiratory issues neurological and many more I able to recognize in certain events when actions need to be taken.I've also assisted clients with therapy that were on the road to recovery I am med certified I'm also CPR/BLS certified. I consider myself a great care giver because I have experience knowledge all the qualifications that You need to take care of your loved one in every way possible

what helps me be a great caregiver is getting to know my client and build an relationship with them I look at all my clients as if they were related to me in some sort of way and I treat them how I would treat my mom,grandma,father grandfather etc..... Wat made me want to become a caregiver is that my parents are getting older and soon won't be able to do a lot of the things they are use to doing so I wanted to get in the health field so I can help them when they need me to help them I will know wat to do for the conditions they will have..... I like waking up in the morning knowing I'm going to care for somebody that need me and trust me with helping them with there everyday routine such as eating bathing and cleaning up there area......
