I am a caring, patient, loving, and compassionate caretaker. My deepest desire is to serve others by meeting their physical need. I am a good listener and love to be a companion for both the young and old. I think that being a care taker is one of the best and most needed jobs. Their are so many individuals who previously have experienced a full and independent life, but are unable to now due to a disease or illness. My desire is to come along side of those who are in need in order to improve their quality of daily life. My favorite part about caregiving is the the when I can see someones quality of life improve just by being there, loving them, and coming along side of them. I am proud of the many grateful smiles and "thank you's" I have received from different patients over the past few years. Being a nursing student, spending hundreds of hours serving others, and many more hours studying in order to give patients the best possible care has been one of my greatest achievements.

I have a lot of compassion for the elderly and anybody that actually needs help in home What attracted me to caretaking was that I cared for my grandma that had dementia and other issues for three and a half years I love being able to do the one-on-one with people it just gives them more sense of the feeling that they're actually cared about it's hard to get that in a facility I am very proud of the person I've become I have a lot of compassion I'm willing to go above and beyond for any family it just makes me feel like a better person

I'm a single mom of two, we have a dog and a cat. I'm hardworking and caring, compassionate and have a big heart. I have been working in caregiving for about 13 years. I have all of my certificates and training, I am Medication pass certified.

I have 20 plus years of experience specializing in Home Health Care, I have worked directly with Alzheimer's and Dementia, Lewy Body Dementia, Stroke, Parkinson's, Companion Care, Errands, Grocery shop. Clean , Cook, Dr. Appts, Medication reminders, Bathing, Sit and fit exercises, Safety of the home, I have Great references, I really enjoy working with Elderly, I try my best to help people stay in there homes as long as they can, I have a ton of patience when I know a client doesn't want help I know how handle these situation. I'm there to help not take over the independence , I really work at building trust with my client and there family members, I believe in communication with client and family members is very important . I got Covid Vaccine plus booster/Flu Shot.

When I was in grade school I always wanted to be a Nurse because I loved helping people. My friends would come to me for help in a situation and I'd be delighted to help. I am also very intrigued by the human body.

My passion is helping others and I found a way to really make a difference by being a caregiver. I absolutely love taking care of the elderly and spending time with them. Their stories of their past just add fuel to my fiery passion. I'm a happy go lucky person and love making my residents/clients laugh and smile. My residents/clients are like family to me and I treat them how I'd want someone to treat my grandparents. I can't imagine doing anything else in life. My first day as a caregiver was it for me. I knew that this is what I wanted to do.

Being a caregiver was instilled within myself from a young age. Growing up I had an elderly grandmother, in which I helped take care of. It just came naturally to me. I enjoy being a companion or a listening ear for her made me smile. So I have always looked at being a caregiver is just helping those who needed me. Making sure that ate or remembered to take the medications is vital for those who has limited mobility or early dementia or those that just need that extra reminder. I enjoy everything about being a caregiver.

I'm a people person and I love to make people smile. I am reliable and I put work first. I am a genuine and loving human being and I make the person I am caring for as my top priority.

I have been a Caregiver all my life. When my children were young I ran a Day Care out of my home. When they became teenagers I went back to School and fulfilled a lifelong dream of becoming a Registered Nurse. I have worked very closely with people of all ages from Newborn's to Senior Citizens. I am a "local" of Ozaukee County and I am looking for my next assignment to be within Ozaukee County, WI.
