I have found that my passion/calling is to care for the elderly and/or individuals, who can't do so for themselves. My heart is overwhelmed with genuine happiness when providing care and/or maintaining a personal relationship with each resident, client, and/or patient. I sincerely love fulfilling my heart's desires & passion by providing care, love, companionship, friendship, and even medical care to individuals; resulting in them having a sense of peace, as they go through life changes and having to deal with situations that may be unfamiliar. I find that doing so & providing the utmost respectful care to each of them, brings forth a growth for even myself, as I continue my education into becoming an RN (later to bridge into Nurse Practitioner). Daily, I am seeking the latest knowledge and skill so hopefully I can improve my care traits daily, to a wider/higher demand of clients. I am most definitely proud of a personal achievement in my life pertaining to my husband (who was diagnosed with late stages of Testicular cancer twice)! After receiving a prognosis of 18 months, I decided to further my education & resources, in hopes to find more options....and I did! After nearly 2 years, he is now in remission & cancer-free! This is not to boast about what I did, but instead the 'determination, drive, & passion', that I was blessed with. I will ALWAYS go above & beyond in providing the best care for clients & their family members! I believe there is always room for growth and in order to do so, you must first humble yourself to what you were called to do, whatever that may be!

I am a very caring ,patient ,compassionate, dependable and i provide care from my heart. I've always cared for other people and loved doing it. I enjoy putting a smile on my clients face just uplifting their spirits just warms my heart. A personal achievement I'm proud of is starting my own home care service.

I have been in the health care setting for over twenty years. I learn at an early age from my mother about how important and rewarding it is to take care of the elderly. My mother toke care of her mother and father and aunt and uncle. She brought them in her home and toke care of them. I helped her with them. Then I brought my mother and my father in my home and toke care of them with help of my husband till they pass in 2009. I've worked at three different hospital over twenty years. I am now 56 years old and work as a caregiver. I enjoy my job it is very rewarding work. I was also a foster parent so I enjoy children as well. I am proud of the years I brought children in my home and made them safe and shared my time and love for them. I nurtured of 30 kids in the 5 years I was a foster parent. (205) 933-0987

I'm a very passionate caregiver. I love what I do,it been my passion since I was 16years old. I had to help my mom care for my grandfather n grandmother. While she work.this is the reason I became a caregiver, my granny said :u are really good at this really love u for this helping your mom out when u could be with your friends (tears). I am a single parent of two girls. I am currently enrolled full time in nursing school. I am Certified in both Nurse Assistant and CPR. I chose to be a caregiver because I am passionate about helping others. I am fully dedicated to assisting, and supporting my clients with any physical, social, and emotional needs, to insure their quality of life and daily activities can be the best possible. I have five years of nursing assistant experience. This includes hospital and ambulatory settings. When my mom was diagnose with stage four cancer in 2008, I took personal care of her at home, until she passed in April of 2012. I can operate any kind of Lift , I can start IVS, I can operate a feeding pump as well as manual peg tube feedings . I can also administer medication as needed .
