I have 18+ years experience as a LNA/ CNA/MA/Housekeeper. I am CPR/BLS and First Aid certified. I have worked in Hospitals, Nursing Homes, Homecare and Hospice. A majority of my clients have been diagnosed with Dementia. I have alot of extended learning learning hours with Alzheimer's. I absolutely love working with seniors. I can't imagine doing anything else in this life. I have been out on my own for, five years now, I love the one on one contact of homecare. Integrity is the word I use to describe myself. I always do the right thing, even when no one is looking. Because I am honest and dependable, the work continues to flow. I usually work within the same family for a very long time. I can administer medications and insulin, take vitals, personal care, housekeeping, transportation, cooking, pet care, hospice, really anything you need I can help. I became a caregiver, because I like to be of service. I have an AA degree in Mental Health and Human Services, and have worked in the field for over 25 years. I started out working Direct care and then went on to provide staff training on how best to serve a variety of individuals. What I love about care-giving is that I am able to use my skills on a one on one bases to improve the quality of life for the customer. One of the things that I am most proud of is that I had a client that everyone told me that she was unable to do anything to help herself, such as eating bathing and communicating her needs. When I worked with her in 6 moths she was able to feed herself and she was able to communicate her needs to me as well as others. Love, respect and honor moves mountains. I have years of experience in the service field and I am an excellent communicator and love to support each individual in living a life of joy and love.

My name is Kaylin LeBaron, 22, and mother of two young boys. I gravitated towards being a caregiver after becoming a mother of two boys that have had a few health issues along the way. I have a natural nature to care for those that truly need help, with out judgment and always exercises kindness and empathy towards others. I believe in order to be a great caregiver you should have qualities that are always putting the needs and feelings of others first as often as possible. Being kind, respectful, and holding patients with residents/clients is key to being a great caregiver.

Prior to being a professional caregiver, I took care of my grandmother before she passed and I seen that my passion is to take care of people and love. That's my calling. I love all my clients, residents and individual who is needing assistance. My favorite part of caregiving and the most rewarding is the friendship between you and that individual. I wouldn't trade my job for the world!

I am a very passionate person, I love being a part of helping families with their loved ones.I am a patient and kind caregiver,I have learned a lot of patience from the people that I have cared for.I decided I wanted to go into nursing at 12 years old when my mother was helping care for an elderly friend. I saw how happy my mother was when she was a help to this family and how much they appreciated her care. I enjoy learning about the people I care for, I have learned alot of life lessons from them many have had really interesting stories that just blow my mind. I received my CNA license at the age of 19 and then got my Caregiver's license shortly after a big achievement for me.I spent most of my years in nursing career in nursing homes.(long term care facilities) I did spend some of my time working with children with disabilities, which was an AMAZING time for me. I worked in a few care homes, which gave me the opportunity to be one on one with the residents living.I am a enthusiactic person, I enjoy learning new things to enable me to care for people better.I just love being in the nursing community.

I have great companionship, I'm very caring, loving, I always make sure we have a good time together. Lots of smiles and happy days. I was raised by my grate grandparents and grandparents. Started caregiving around 17-18 years old. It doesn't even seem like work to me, it's like going to see a friend and what your able to help out with. To see them have that smile back On there face. Helping them enjoy life. Knowing I was able to make a difference in their life.
