I have been working as a Certified Caregiver for about five years. I am compassionate, caring, gentle, and dependable. I was an LPN for many years. I worked in hospitals, long term care facilities, and in private homes. I enjoy helping people stay in their own homes, and giving them a feeling of control in their lives, in spite of their health problems. I am an excellent Caregiver/Med tech. I have been a Caregiver and a Med Tech since I was 18 years old. I bond with my client. I have a big heart for my patients and the elderly. I make sure they are always safe and okay no matter their state of mind or condition. My job is to assure them that I have their backs and will not let no harm come their way. I love what I do. I love that I can be there for someone who has no one in their life. I am honest and very reliable. I am always on time. I don't call out of work unless I have an extreme emergency. Caregiver is my calling, and I have a great passion for it. I love it, and I LOVE MY CLIENT.

I have worked in hospitals and nursing homes. I love helping people with their needs. From just lending an ear or a shoulder, household chores, cooking and also as needed medical issues. I'm very understandin and reliable. I enjoy the one on one attention that I'm able to give people in the comfort of their own home. Right now I work with teenagers. I have in the past worked with infants up to senior citizens. I'm a very caring and loving person who expects nothing in return. I have always been interested in doing what I can to make someones day, or life a little better or easier. Before I had a family of my own, I was a CNA. I would love to continue caring for people. I am a perfectionist i want my job to be done the best i can do. I care about people . It brothers me to see elderly people pushed to the side like they don't matter anymore . I have been working as a CNA in an SNF atmosphere for 5 years. I have also been a caregiver for my father who had Alzheimer's, my mother who was physically immobile and my husband who suffered with cancer. I enjoy helping people and am compassionate and patient. I've cared for a step daughter & family members with alzhiemers as well as working in hospital settings including surgical care & geriatric behavioral unit. I graduated from Gogebic Community College in Ironwood, Michigan with my Associates Degree in Nursing in 2014. Before becoming a Registered Nurse I worked at several facilities and home health companies as a CNA for 15+ years. I've always enjoyed working with the elderly and handicapped and have a certificate in hospice care from when I was working as a CNA. I am compassionate about being a nurse and helping others. I enjoy providing care to people and try to improve the health/well-being and lives of others as their nurse.

I'm a fast learner, enthusiastic, dependable, highly motivated, hardworking, energetic and outgoing. I am also performance driven and patient focused that has excellent communication skills to achieve high levels of patient satisfaction. In October I will have been a Certified Nursing Assistant for 10 years. Over the past decade I have leaned so much about myself realizing I'm very compassionate and truly care about the patient's well being. I'm so blessed and grateful that when I wake for work I look forward to helping the patient regain their independence by being their source of encouragement. Throughout the years I've realized I'm one of the few caregivers that didn't chose to work in the healthcare field for the salary. I choose this as my career because I know I have so much to give and offer not just to the patients, but also my coworkers. When I first started working in the hospital a patient thanked me for helping them with something simple and as I walked away my eyes filled with tears. When I was out of the room I dried the tears from my eyes and that's when I instantly knew that helping people in need was my passion. My ultimate dream is to be the caregiver that makes an impact in the patient's life while they're in the hospital recovering. I always make sure the patient is comfortable by going above and beyond by always remaining positive.
