My greatest accomplishment being as a caregiver, i work hard and am proud that my dedication to leadership coursework paid off. Knowing their family appreciates my help, kindness and entrust when i leave with their precious ones. Telling me and thanking me that i did a great job. My job includes preparing meals, laundry, light housekeeping, medication, bathing, dessing, grooming and feeding.

Hi I'm April, I started out as a caregiver when my grandfather was in hospice care. Knowing he was dying I just wanted to make him comfortable and just simply care for him. I would say that's when I realize that I would devote my like to serving people in need and I believe that elderly ppl need it the most. I've always enjoy conversations with my clients weather it's talking about their past or giving some life lessons , learning from the elderly is beautiful knowledge. I am good with residents very responsive with their needs. Take time with them and listen to them, I am on time to my job too. I became a caregiver to help others, I love how it makes me feel to see others smile.

I got into the Nursing field because I wanted to be in a career that helped people, I wanted to bring joy to people in unhappy situations.Working in Nursing Homes a lot of the workers are there for the wrong reasons, I understand that I am one unfortunate incident from being in their shoes and will want someone kind caring for me. And if could bring joy & happiness to someone in their last days I want to.
