I care for individuals with Neurological Disorders such as dementia, Alzheimer's disease, physical disability, those undergoing post-operative recovery, and, convalescent's, etc. I provide hands-on nursing care to patients, residents, clients, and customers in a variety of health care settings. I typically provide assistance with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and oral care to people who cannot do these tasks alone. I provide for activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, feeding patients as necessary and ambulating, turning, and positioning patients; I have multi-tasking skills that help me use my time wisely. I distribute medications to patients and keeping records of the patient's vitals. I understand the legal implications of patient care. With both empathy and compassion, I show my clients that I truly care about their well being. I am very patient, dependable, and trustworthy. I am an excellent verbal and written communication. I have been in healthcare. For 40 plus years. i've worked in nursing homes hospitals agencies I've worked alongside a hospice to help them out and I've done private care. I've take the certified nurses aide courses. I have worked with multiple sclerosis patients Lou Gehrig's disease patients all time or dementia patients diabetic patients. I have experience with a Hoyer lift. I've been doing this work for over 40 years I'm honest and reliable and dependable.i don't drink or smoke .

I've been a caregiver even before I was certified. I helped take off my grandmother before she passed away. Being a caregiver is definitely in my blood in which I pride myself on such. All of patients are my family and I treat them as if they were. My personal achievement that I'm proud of is the fact I'm 36yo, a single mother of a 16yo, and a college graduate whose going for Master's of Science degree.

I have over eight years of experience working with senior citizens and in private care-giving working inside of a Nursing Home Facility and multiple Home-care Agencies. I have First Aid, CPR and Rescuing training. Also, having a cosmetology license to provide hair, skin and nail services as needed. When it comes to nursing especially as a caregiver it comes natural to me. I grew up around nurses my whole life. When I was a little girl and to this day I have always enjoyed taking care of others and to make others feel better mentally, physically, emotional, spiritual.
