Hello I'm Phantashia Shine, I'm a loving, outgoing, bubble personality, I love what I do and that's taking care of a family love one like my own, I've been a caregiver over 15 years and then got certified so that I am able to give the care that is needed not only the right way but the correct way by taking courses to keep up with my caregiver skills. As a caregiver I try to put myself and every situation as my own so that I can take the time to not only understand how the family member feels but also my patients, Sometimes it's not an easy task taking on someone new and not knowing the person, I try my best to understand everything and every situation. What I enjoy most is being able to show the unconditional love that I have to give.

I'm energetic, compassionate, empathetic and loving. I've been in the health care field for 20 years. Including Intellectual Disabilities and behavior health.

I deliver direct personal care supporting the families of an elderly individuals. Responsible for a plethora of duties ranging from scheduling appointments for medical care, ensuring attendance to extra-curricular activities, and aiding in the completion of household errands and maintenance of both properties.I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where I can have one-on-one interaction with others putting a smile on there face knowing I have achieve a goal of happiness, love, and trustworthy. Compassionate caregiver over 5 years who has helped clients with dementia, diabetes, and more. Care giving has been my passion since I helped care for my father who suffered with congestive heart failure & diabetes. The last senior I cared for told me that I was one of the kindest people he had ever met. The elderly has a wealth of knowledge that they love to share about life and their experiences. I enjoy their appreciation for being their caregiver and they seem so grateful. I treat them the same way I would like to be treated and the way I would like my family members to be treated if needed care. As one of the noblest professions, a caregiver has much to offer in terms of compassion and care.

I went into healthcare right out of high school and have been in the field since. I love providing care for all ages. Its my passion. I'm currently in school to continue my education in nursing. I volunteer at my local animal control. I am very passionate about animal care and protecting them from abuse. I current foster animals to get them ready for their furever home.

Love taking care of people my whole life, I always was a people person,I was told by my peers that I have a gift and that this is my calling, this is my passion, I'm proud that I have had the opportunity to work with a lot of with different cultures and experience with different kinds of patients at providence hospital for 20 years it was a wonderful experience for me and a great place to work.

I became a care giver after my husband became ill with cancer. The treatment he got in the hospital and hospice makes me sick to my stomach. Especially the way some nurses spoke to him. I then decided to become a CNA so I can help him and the other patients who really need proper care. To treat every one of my patients the way I would like to be treated if and when I get sick. Other words treat them the way I want to be treated. My personal achievement that I'm proud off is right after giving my client his bath on 10/28/14, he hold my hand and told me thank you for everything, and I love you then took his last breath. That told me for the five years I was taking care of him I was doing a good job. My name Jenette, I've been a CNA for 19 years. Worked at Lincoln Hospital in NY as a PCT for 5 years. Moved from NY to Atlanta GA where I've worked as a CNA or Home Health Aid for 12 years. I love my job very much. Taking care of the sick is what I do, and I do it to the best of my knowledge.

Being reliable, including arriving for work on time and fulfilling all duties in a timely manner. Respecting patient's privacy and dignity. Exhibiting a positive demeanor and kind tone of voice. I have completed 120 hours of CNA training with Adams University/McDonough Health Careers Institute and 32 hours of clinical at Westbury Nursing Facility in McDonough, GA. I await my state test date for my CNA certification. I'm current on CPR/FA AED, TB, Medical physical, current on local and nationwide back ground check and finger printing and a current valid GA D/L and MVR. I have been working various care giving positions to stay active. I have experience and knowledge working with Hospice, MR/DD adults, Foster Care, Autism, Mentally disadvantaged, Alzheimer, Dementia, seniors, paraplegic-private, quadriplegic-private and etc. I Have achieved independence and do when & what I like to do in life. Amen . What I love most about being a care provider is just that, Caring for people who need someone just to help them along who is compassionate and understanding of people. That is truly my reward is just to see someone smile , I grew up in a loving kind household who's father was a paraplegic all my life. I was always the humanitarian and I get my joy and blessings. I know God favors me in an abundance.Amen.

A year ago I used to take care of my grandpa and it motivated me to start going out there and help out old people because I am a cari f and loving person it makes me happy that atleast I can provide the needs for my clients. 2. Being a caregiver for the first time could help me learn more about being older because I want to know to to experience by letting the old people teach me what they went through. And that I can also be prepared not only that attracted me but I love working with old people as well. They make me happy. 3. I enjoy giving the clients their medicine and doing the things for them that they can't no longer do. I want to show them that I can be able to help out. 4. My personal achievement that I am most proud of is that when my grandpa passed I was so happy that I took care of him and be by his side when he was going through hard times.

I BECAME A CAREGIVER BECAUSE I LIKE TO WORK WITH ELDERLY CLIENTS, HELPING OUT ELDERLY CLIENT WITH ABILITIES THAT THEY CAN NOT DO FOR THEMSELVES. MY PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENT IS THAT I ENJOY MY JOB I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS FIELD FOR OVER 10 YEARS COMPANIONSHIPS, WORKING CLIENTS HOMES, PRIVATE DUTY IN NEW YORK CITY I HAVE WORK IN A HOSPITAL IN ALT GEORGIA FOR 5 YEARS SELECT SPECIALITY HOSPITAL I HAVE ALOT OF EXPERIENCE IN TAKING CARE ELDERLY AND KIDS ETC.
