I will say first that I love being a certified nurse assistant in America and I thrive to become a better person while working in the healthcare field. The fact that I can be happy and nice on purpose and get paid for it is amazing but the award that comes with the job is unheard of. I enjoy the family you gain while providing care for someone. I have been a CNA since 2001 . I have worked in many nursing homes and assistance living . I have also worked in private homes depending on care needed. However in 2016 I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and had to change to caregiver do to work load. I am very reliable and good listener. I try to be as patient as possible with everyone and their needs . I've worked with children and have some of my own. I have done this work for almost 9 years, the best thing I ever chose to do was get in the medical field. This isn't just a job to me but a passion. I went from a CNA in high school to get my EMT license to hopefully one day becoming a paramedic, I do plan to always do caregiving as much as possible for it was what truly gave me my love for the medical field.
