I'm a great caregiver because I have years of experience and compassion for people who need help. Ive spent most of my life since being in high school taking care of people who can't do it on there own.Rather it's a small task or big task I'm here to fully assist to get the task done

I took care of my great grandmother 20 years ago. I meet new people and learn new things that would even benefit me. i took a very difficult case and they were a high risk for bed sores and have managed to not have a bottom break down and carried them through life with respect and dignity. i am very patient. have been in the field a long time. I've seen and learned alot of things. I am proud to say that I enjoy working with the elderly.

I began my career in dentistry. I graduated from Indiana University with a certificate in Dental Assisting and earned my Expanded Functions of Dental Assisting in 1996 and went on to be a sophomore in dental hygiene and pre dental. While attending dental hygiene I became married and had my son Gabriel. During this time I took time away from school to stay home with my baby! When he was two I went to work as a Dental Assistant again. During this time I noticed Drs treating patients as numbers instead of people. So my nurse friend asked if I would like to work as a home health aide/ caregiver for home health Visiting Angels. I started working with Visiting Angels in 2013. And I found my purpose!! I worked with hospice, Alzheimer's, dementia, Parkinson's, stroke, and being a companion. I have a lot of experience with medication reminders, bathing hygiene, ect. The thing I enjoy most about caregiving/ home health aide is putting smiles on my patients faces, helping them as much as I can so they know they are cared about. I treat each patient as I would want my family taken care of!! I'm very compassionate and patient. I give over 100% And I absolutely love what I do. I can go home at night knowing I helped someone, I put a smile on their faces or held their hand. I not only help them but they help me as well.

I have been in the medical field as a caregiver for 25 years. I am experienced in several areas from alzheimers to cardiovascular. I enjoy helping others and am very compassionate, caring, and take time to get to know those I care for. The needs of those I help are of utmost importance for me to meet. I strive to provide excellent care and maintain dignity and privacy.

I am young and am willing to put my body to work to help the others than cannot. I enjoy spending my time with the elderly and giving back. Even if its not with the elderly all the time, I still enjoy giving back to those who are suffering from illnesses. If I can help, I will in any way I can. My stepmother is a Nurse Practitioner and most of my family consists of Nurses. This made me want to get my foot in the door for nursing school so I became a CNA. The thing I enjoy most about being a caregiver is being able to feel accomplished when helping someone. I love that I am able to be trusted and counted on to help an individual out. Personal achievements I am proud of is the thought that I can make someones day just by helping them do little tasks that maybe they aren't able to do anymore.

Hi, i have 3 years experience within heathcare. I've worked in the Neuroscience department of a hospital. I have experience with varying patients. From dementia to incontinent patients. You name it. I'm a hardworker, patient as well diligent and consistent. I've always wanted to be within the healthcare field being as though I love helping others and my mom a nurse practioner.
