I'm a caregiver of 4 years paid, but a lot more not. Caregiving is my calling in life. It's what I love to do. I love being able help the elderly and special needs. I have experience in home health, home healthcare, nursing home experience, hospice experience as well as end of life experience as of recently. Meaning I was the one to be able to give him his final ride/journey on this earth. It's something that I don't boast about a lot but I do have clients that remind me so much of him, that in return for the taking a chance on me, I give them the gifts of companionship, empathy, a shoulder to cry on should it be needed, a strong pillar to lay all their fears and worries away, and never having to worry/wonder if their alone. I always reassure them that I'm always here.
