Hello my name is Bianca I'm 29 years old I've been a Cna for over 8 years I love helping and caring for people just to know I'm making a difference in someone life is amazing I'm reliable , trustworthy , dependable , and God fearing my goal is to one day have my own free clinic for people whom can't afford the care but needs it .

I became a certified nurses aide in November of 1999 but took care of my grandmother for 3yrs before that, I like deicating my time into taking care of a adult, child or etc, with a disability and need care, I enjoy the work I do and I care as if it was a family of my own. I'm proud of being a good caregiver and love the type of job I do cause it's very challenging and its alot of different personality u have to be able to deal with and still enjoy ur jobs caus u know the situation of disability of the adult or child you care for. I am dependable and a hard worker when it come to take care of business and doing the job the way it suppose to go. I have 3 children, 25,21, and 19. I work for Lake Charles Memorial Hospital on 8t and I enjoy my job and love my co workers

When I was younger I helped my grandma and that made me want to help older people all my life I injoy seen them smiling and haveing fun

I became a caregiver because I enjoy taking care of elderly people. I like being a caregiver because I get to help a person and brighten their day just by the small things I may help them with and that brings joy to my heart. I'm proud of me being a young woman that enjoy helping others and me sure others are well taken care of with whatever the need may be.

I'm very passionate about what I do I love helping the elderly, and those who can't do for their self. Those who are a little bit more challenging than others. I'm 19 years old moving from Sulphur LA to Houston TX to pursue my career, and schooling.

What makes me a good caregiver is that I'm very patient with people and a natural . im very sweet mind , and love meeting new people with work like this . also what caught my attention is that everyone like this needs help and I love to help people a lot and help with achieve and get better and just feel loved. I enjoy mostly how much they talk to you about anything and I listen . My achievement of this job is to one day become a doctor and work wit people who need someone .

i love working with clients that needs my help in their daily living,I am a caring loving and respectful person.I love working with different clients it gives me encouragement on my daily life and helps me understand and helps me be aware of daily thing on how to help people with life changes.My thing is able to help clients to help little steps to get closer to their goals in life,to be better at trying to give them a better hand and loving to help wherever I can.I love what I do for a living started when I was about ten years of age caring for my grandparents at home.I always love helping no matter or what it was cooking,cleaning,bathing,dusting,what ever I could do and grew up still wanting to help and caring and very reasonable very nice and always concern about people and will to be there in anyway I could to make their day a little brighter,even if it was just listening or talking with them,I have learned a lot.

I believe in providing the patient the best quality care which requires patience, compassion, attentiveness, and trustworthiness. I have all these qualities that make an excellent caregiver to anyone. I have strong communication skills which is needed in today's world. I have always been attracted or drawn to helping others who find it a challenge from day to day. I used to work as a CNA at a nursing home years ago and then worked for home health for a year. I enjoy helping others and making sure they get the help they deserve. My personal achievement includes having and raising my four children and graduating college with a Master's degree in early childhood education.
