I'm a loving reliable worker, who's been in the nursing home care for at least 20yrs of experience. I'm a nursing student.

What makes me a great caregiver is because I love helping people and it also give me more experience. I became a caregiver because of the fact that I love helping people that makes me feel great, What I like about being a caregiver is that I can make someone's day just to know that I've made that persons day makes me feel happy. One personal experience I'm proud of is the fact that I can make people's day.

I never know what to write when it comes to this part. Most people say I'm happy go lucky, I have a quirky sense of humour. I guess I would have to my step mom introduced me to the field, She was a nurse in a long term care facility, they were short handed and needed help. Needless to say I was very young and didn't last long. As I got older and became a single parent I needed work and it just seemed like the natural thing to do, to become a caregiver to others outside of my children. I believe my greatest joy in doing this job is helping others and making a difference in their lives, even if it's just making a snack or a meal, or shaving a face or combing hair. Sometimes is the smallest thing that make the biggest difference for someone. I would have to saY my personal achievement I'm most proud of is raising my children alone to adulthood, to be respectful, productive adults. Now helping to raise my youngest grandson.

Am a 27 year old female care giver. I became a caregiver because I believe in helping and making someone's day better. My achievement in this job has been being able to help clients and achieve their health goals like recovery. I have been a caregiver close to seven years and making an impact in one's life is my ultimate goal.

I love providing caregiving services to those that would otherwise not be able to do so. The smile on their faces is overwhelming and makes me feel I have done my job right. I have always enjoyed helping people so I know I am doing the right thing. what I love being a caregiver is meeting new people and providing caregiving services that they can no longer do for themselves. I always give 100% and do the best job I can, with no exceptions or excuses. I also try to bring a sense of humor to my work. If I can add a smile or laugh to a client’s day, that means a lot to me. It is important to laugh. I have been working at assisting and memory care facilities over 3 years . Now I'm looking home care because I wanted to see home care facilities works and challenge myself in self working environment area.

I chose to be a caregiver from my childhood taking care of my loved ones in my family whoever got sick and was hospitalized, I was number one to go and take care of them, when I grew up, started to take care of my Mom who had diabetes and High blood pressure, came to America and started working in a small assisted living for people with Alzheimer and my passion for care increased .I was so happy to make a difference in these people and make them smile.

1.First of all I believe I have the right balance of knowledge, and skills. I am approachable, sociable and reliable. 2. Care giving taught me the spirit of putting others first. Being a server to them. I believe that I should look not only for my own interests, but also for the interests of others. Therefore, this is what make me feel passion about offering my time, energy to help others. 3. Being raised by a single mother made me to have so much respect even on women, not only caring for them as patients or clients, but treating them as my own family or parents as I have been taught when I grew up. It gives me sense of pride just to care for other people. 3. Also, being able to reach as a way of social responsibility. Having a volunteerism spirit to do things that changes others lives without being paid for it. 4. I'm a very loving person. Patient, motivational speaker, I am also a mentor to the youth. I am very hardworking, I have passion to excel in every capacity in my professional life and I believe that nothing is possible in life if we go out to claim it. I have lived in Malaysia, Australia, Botswana, South Africa before. I also visited UK, Singapore and Thailand in 2008. I enjoy cooking, reading current affairs, research work, writing, social networks and public speaking. I strongly believe in advocacy. My main interests lies in Sustainable development, Family development, Health care, Poverty alleviation and HIV/AIDS.

I genuinely love taking care of people. Meeting needs of others fills my needs. It makes me happy to feel I have did a good job caring for someone.

My name is Deanna I am 34 years of age with no children. What attracted the most to look into this field and to sign me up for CNA school was for my grandparents that I was very close to and who raised me so I did it for them! Because unfortunately, my grandmother was in a nursing home and she was very neglected to the point. Some thing happened to her and she passed away so she gave me my motivation to be where I'm at today. I'm a very compassionate person very honest the most outright patience I have for people is incredible always in a positive mood And I've always wanted to take care of others who don't have others to take care of them. That's why I became a CNA and a caregiver because I give my 100%. I'm a very thorough worker. I'm very organized I have a routine and I get along with everybody, but if I have a tough client who is behavioral that intrigues me more to stay in the field that I am in only because I know how to approach those clients in the correct manner. My personal traits are attachment to the people I care for because not only do I care for them but at the end of the day, somehow they turn family to me in my eyes. I'm a very experienced worker. I've been doing this for six years. I have dealt with all different kinds of patients, so no need to worry. And I'm also very knowledgeable to medical terminologies. I'm a safe, reliable, trustworthy person and I'm very compassionate at what I do and because I love what I do.
