I have been in the medical field for 27+ years. I worked as a PCA at Lowell general hospital in the ICU for 7 years where I gained a ton of knowledge and I enjoyed it very much, following that I accepted a postion as a practice manager of a primary care physican office which I was employed there for 18.5 years, my family and I relocated and purchased a home in Rindge NH and we love it here. I've been doing home care since 2021 and I absolutely adore helping others, I have a soft spot for elders, and all humans in need of help, being a PCA/HHA gives me great purpose in life and I truly enjoy meeting new clients and being able to provide them with the highest quality care they deserve. Am a pastor who has been caring for elderly and less advantaged children for over 10 years back in my country uganda. 1. I became a caregiver to help people who need support. I want to build a family and support and its a career that helps other people as well. The pain they go through everyday, the frustration of they can't get what they want or understand certain things like they used to. I am always on time. I became a caregiver when I took care of my 80 year old grandmother 10 years ago. She couldn't help her self in every aspect of life, this was so frustrating for her. I have been a cna and home care worker for over 20 yrs. I enjoy helping people and careing for elderly. It has to be one of the most rewarding jobs next to being a mom in the world. When I can be there to either help them in everyday needs all the way to the final days of life.
