I began my career in the health care field by taking care of my grandmother and it became personal to me. I care for my patients as if they are my own family members. I am C.P.R. First Aid and C.N.A. certified. I have also worked with over 40 families to add to those credentials. I am very compassionate as to my performance and have never been let go by any client to date. Hello, My name is Jaboua. I am a mother of 2 preschool boys. I have been in the healthcare field for 6 years now. I do have my CNA and My CPR/AED certifications. As a caregiver I enjoy making one feel good. People think healthcare is only for seniors however I've worked with disabled individuals (children included). I am pursuing a nursing career to further help those in need of a loving and caring caregiver/ soon to be nurse haha! Welcoming you with warm wishes. Just wanted to share alittle about me. I'm 34 yrs old. I've worked since age 14yrs. My mom was a single mom raising 3 kids. I enjoyed working hard and I have always been a giving hearted person. I remember I used to get my paychecks an was so excited I was able to but my mom dinner from a days hard of work. I was first introduced to an entry level position in the State of Kansas as a Residential Trainer for people who face physical and mental challenges and I did that for 3 years. It was so rewarding. Very hard work but I have always been very open to learning new things and I enjoy challenges. If we stay in where were comfortable. The you limit yourself from learning and doing what you can to be the hands and feet for Gods kingdom. After doing that for 3 yrs I decided to get my nurses aide license and doing that for so many years has been such a wonderful opportunity. I absolutely love my elders and I AM THE VOICE WHO SPEAKS UP FOR THEM. I believe that there is way too many people shoved in a room with a facility that lacks sufficient staffing to give the residents attention to give them the essentials like a regular bath and hygiene and clothes put on. I've seen too much of the THE BAD AND THE UGLY in institutions and to me that's NO WAY for anyone to live or spend there retirement in. I love talking and sharing stories, praying, I enjoy providing exceptional care to all clients I come in contact. I'm very friendly. My passion in life is people going above and beyond the call of duty. I'm flexible and reliable as I dont have any kids. Just 3 sweet dogs. I am puntual,compassionate,honest,loyal,listen,above an beyond,communicate,I like learning,i started being an aide when i was a jr in highschool I didnt know what I was getting into when I filled out the application 16yrs later I have learned ,seen alot of things an still learning I like hearing stories of the past hearing people's stories my achievement hasnt came yet but hopefully finishing going back to school but I'd have to say just working in general an being able to help someone that appreciates the help of a stranger that eventually becomes apart of your life

I am first a mom of 3 and a grandma of 3, family is my pride and joy. I have always enjoyed taking care of others. i have been in the business for 34 yrs. i have worked in nursing homes , agencies and travel agencies. my favorite is private duty u get more of a personal relationship with your client.

I left the workforce when my children were young and just diagnosed with ADHD. It was more important for me to be home with them to provide the structure and educational assistance that they needed. When they were teens, I went back to school and got a CNA certificate, but it has now expired. I have continued with my education and am now in the Occupational Therapy Assistant program. I currently work part-time with DD adults. I am seeking a more intimate work environment with either a senior, adult or child, wanting to utilize my training and experience.

My traits that help me be a great caregiver are I'm kind ,respectful , caring, and understanding also very patient. What attracted me to become a caregiver was I have always had joy in helping other that are in need of help.the things I enjoy most about being a caregiver are ( making them laugh and smile also them knowing someone is there with them who cares about them and that they are safe with me).A personal achievement for me is I am a single mother of 4 but still manage to finish school and maintain a full time job.

I am a nursing student at University of Akron. I have been working as a care provider for Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities since August, 2019, and I love what I do. I am a huge disability and accessibility advocate. I have been a hospice volunteer since 2018, and I even worked as a care provider for a memory care unit this past summer.
