The knowledge of CNA and CMA, Over 10 years and the experience ,makes me a great caregiver. My great personalities are am honest, respectful and empathetic. My job and my personality has always been helping people and particularly old and disabled and helpless. I bring over 25 years experience caring for seniors with compassion and focus on the whole person. Providing quality of life and working as a team member with the rest of the care team are some of my priorities. I am passionate about caring for seniors.

I am very easy to get along with and have a great deal of respect for - not only my elders , but for people - in general. I am a good listener and can relate to or sympathize with most people. I have a warm heart and a good outlook on life. I have a great sense of humor and a good sense of reality. I have a 34 yr old son with cerebral palsy . Whom I have cared for all his life. I started caring for others in 2009 when I began caring for a friend.In later years I worked as a housekeeper in a retirement facility and I got to know the residents and really wanted to help so I became a caregiver in senior care . It made me feel so good helping people out. they really made my day! And it was totally worth it to hear them say I was making theirs! It is a win win . I am proud to help people . Its my nature . I achieved employee of the month in a facility . I was the only one in the year to get it.. I am very work oriented ,but yet fun to have around.. I am reliable and Always on time.

I am also a good listener who demonstrate understanding and empathy. Over the years, I have worked in various roles where the need to work closely with other people, follow strict rules and procedures, and also getting a task done in a timely manner. I enjoyed being a caregiver because of my passion to take care of others and treat them well with love and respect the same way I would want to be treated. Whenever I take care of others and they are happy or satisfied this make me feel good in myself and it also give me a great form of job satisfaction that I am doing a wonderful job.

I love helping people, I'm a very laid back chill person to be around. I feel that adds comfortablility and calmness. I choose caregiving to be able to help people and not be taken advantage of but rather have people be thankful and grateful for the help I have to offer. I enjoy being able to give the care people deserve and knowing the job is done right and people are not being mistreated. I'm proud to have been able to work with kids, young adults, adults all the way to hospice care. Its a blessing to be able to care for people and build companionship and trust.

First and foremost, I am highly healthcare competent with a lot of patience, attentiveness, dependable, trustworthy and compassion oriented. My call was to be a healthcare practitioner to help the needy and the poor in the society, but due to lack of school fee to join the Medical University in Africa. I did a Diploma course in Pharmacy and later found myself working in different specialties Wards, hence taking a course in Nursing Assistant in America. I enjoyed serving the old and the young people by seeing them from dependent to independent and also getting to see them go through a smooth aging process. My personal achievements in my practice as caregiver are countless but the most recent was an award given thrice between January, march and the latest Portrait from my employer as motivation for the job well done.

I not only want to be the person that care for you but a friend as well. I like to get to know a person to better care for them. I've been in health care since 2005 I was 14 and I love it. I love meeting new people along the way.

I like to be a caregiver just because it makes me put myself on someone shoes by thinking how I would like others to treat me if I can be in their situations and I feel like even though I'm getting payed how I treat others make me have more blessings
