Hi there! My name is Bryan, I have been in healthcare for twenty one years. I started as a cna in a skilled facility. I did that for five years and then started working with the developmentally disabled in semi-independent living situations as well as AHF's. After that, I became an activities assistant, in a skilled facility. That was one of the most amazing jobs ever. I got to create programs at night for residents with sundowners as well as the ones who were bored. Since then, I have done home care as well as working in facilities. I was born to take care of people and that is that. I've done home care from total quadriplegic care, down to basic companionship and housekeeping. I focus on my client and build relationships on what we have in common and their interests. Connection is important. I have also done a lot of end of life care. Helping the client stay comfortable and help the family understand the process that their loved one is going through. You name it and I have probably encountered it. I am ready to build a schedule with new clients and look forward to hearing from you!

My name Velonia, otherwise known as Kim. I would describe myself as a respectful, compassionate, observant, reliable and patient individual who provides first-class care. I am also a good listener who demonstrate understanding and empathy. Over the years, I have worked in various roles where the need to work closely with other people, follow strict rules and procedures, and also getting a task done in a timely manner. I enjoyed being a caregiver because of my passion to take care of others and treat them well with love and respect the same way I would want to be treated. Whenever I take care of others and they are happy or satisfied this make me feel good in myself and it also give me a great form of job satisfaction that I am doing a wonderful job.

I love helping people, I'm a very laid back chill person to be around. I feel that adds comfortablility and calmness. I choose caregiving to be able to help people and not be taken advantage of but rather have people be thankful and grateful for the help I have to offer. I enjoy being able to give the care people deserve and knowing the job is done right and people are not being mistreated. I'm proud to have been able to work with kids, young adults, adults all the way to hospice care. Its a blessing to be able to care for people and build companionship and trust.

First and foremost, I am highly healthcare competent with a lot of patience, attentiveness, dependable, trustworthy and compassion oriented. My call was to be a healthcare practitioner to help the needy and the poor in the society, but due to lack of school fee to join the Medical University in Africa. I did a Diploma course in Pharmacy and later found myself working in different specialties Wards, hence taking a course in Nursing Assistant in America. I enjoyed serving the old and the young people by seeing them from dependent to independent and also getting to see them go through a smooth aging process. My personal achievements in my practice as caregiver are countless but the most recent was an award given thrice between January, march and the latest Portrait from my employer as motivation for the job well done.

I not only want to be the person that care for you but a friend as well. I like to get to know a person to better care for them. I've been in health care since 2005 I was 14 and I love it. I love meeting new people along the way.

I believe that I've alway been a natural at caregiving, I seem to perform tasks needed before even being asked, I'm the hostess with the mostest, one might say. I have done both in-home care and have also worked in facilities for seniors and medically fragile DD adults for nearly a decade. My traits that shine are that I'm professional, non-judgmental, compassionate, patient and adapt well to the various needs that present themselves in most seniors day to day lives. I believe maintaining one's independence and respect is very important as well as key to building a good client relationships. I have skills ranging from basic ADL's, managing household tasks, stellar record keeping abilities, med admin as well as hospice experience. I love all aspects of providing in home care while always keeping health and safety in mind. I feel that I am a well rounded provider that can meet ones needs in a friendly manner which is important all the while keeping everyone comfortable especially when and where changes and transitioning are a concern. My experience includes working with clients that suffer from dementia and Alzheimer's. I am a good listener & love to share stories and as well as share music and art with clients. Trainings are all kept up to date

I've been a caregiver since 2001. With my experience, I have worked from assisted living to hospital, to long/short term settings, to pre and post acute rehabs, from palliative to hospice, from mental , passing medication with certification under supervision of a Registered nurse, from private care to adult carehome. With all my experience through the years in various settings I am capable, flexible and can manage on what type of heath care setting I'm going to work. Being a caregiver you meet various people from all ages, races, culture and I learned from those different aspect and stages of life through caregiving. At the end of my shift and when I completed my care to my residents or patient with a smile on their face and my supervisors with good satisfactory that is the best accomplishment at the end of the day.
