I have worked with the elderly for a great number years. I have worked in differant nursing facilities as well as odyssey hospice, and home health care. I enjoy my time working as I have learned alot from just talking with differant people. Working with the elderly is a very rewarding job. Its not just about a pay check with me its about the quality of care I provide and the companionship.

I would like to believe that I would be a perfect fit for anyone but thats not true. What I can say about myself is that I am dedicated, I am a hard worker, and I am a fast learner. I have been in healthcare some way, shape, or form since I was 15. I started off in a nursing home in the kitchen, went to work at a group home for developmentally challenged individuals, then I moved to a memory care unit while I resided in Florida, and now I work in emergency services as a dispatcher. What makes me a great caregiver is that I truly do care for people. I believe that there is nothing more rewarding that being able to help some one in need. My prayer is that when I'm in need that someone will also help me the way that I am able and willing to help others.

I am very careful of what I say and how I handle patients .treat them as if it was a family member.I love helping others especially in need.i am allergic to cats .I do have asthma...My personal achievement is making the patient feel at home and comfortable.Making them fell loved and soecial.
