Hello! What I love most about being a caregiver/CNA is being able to be a shoulder for those who do not have anyone. I love helping those who need it most or being there for those who aren't able to care for themselves and are seeking long-term care. I've been taking care of those I care about since I was 11 so being a caretaker comes naturally. I have more than 6 years of experience and I understand the importance of following the care plan. My first client was my Mom and although she left me early she was my motivation for wanting to be a Nurse/Caregiver. Hello, First I'd like to share a few things about my experiences as a CNA/caregiver. I have always been a nurturing person first as a child and continuing through adulthood, It brings me great pleasure to help everyone I can. I started my career in 1993 by attending a State licensed class and being state certified to work as such. I have continued my education for 28 years now and I am told I bring great skill set to many homes and individuals. I have worked as a CNA in Hospitals, Home Health, Physical Rehabilitation Centers, Nursing Homes and Private Duty Requests. I enjoy them all. I've worked with Hospice,Alzheimer's, dementia, diabetes, strokes, obesity, bed bound clients such a paraplegic and quadriplegic, ALS clients, PTSD clients, schizophrenia clients, post surgical and more. I offer help with ADLs, showers, bed baths, exercise, meal preparation, vital sign checks, medication reminders, doctor appointments, and more.

What makes me a great care giver is that l have a heart and desire to take care of people. It's been apart of my Life from Birth the desire and drive helping others with life everyday Challenge. And what's l enjoy about being a caregiver is seeing the smile on someone else's face that l've help to assist with everyday Life Challenges, And my personal Achievement is to do my best at making someone else's day less of a hassle.

Hello I'm Doris single mother of 3 lovely girls. I've been in the healthcare field for about 16 years I started off in home healthcare went on to get my Medical Assistant Degree in 2008. Afterwards I worked in multiple Doctors offices. Until I got my Cna degree in 2015 where I went on to work in the hospital on the acute Med Surge floor for about 6 months and left to do phlebotomy. Now I'm back doing home health care. I think that that I would be a great caregiver because I have always had a caring heart, I've always love to help people and make them feel better. I really don't know what attracted me to being a caregiver I've just always love being around older people and helping them and being there for them when they need it the most. I love sitting and talking to older people hearing their stories and the wisdom that they bring. I am a proud mother, I am also proud to have a caring heart even though it gets hurt sometimes. I'm proud that I am so full of joy and compassion because it helps me to help people around me and people that I meet. I am fully vaccinated.

Ive been a caregiver for about 15yrs. I love what i do. I have worked for mentally ill adults, senior citizens as well as Alzheimer dementia clients. I have experience with spinal injuries and ms clients. I have worked with colostomy bags urinals, hoya lifts medicine etc. Im also always willing to learn. Im kind soft hearted loving caring.
