Hi, I'm Tasha, I am looking forward to working with amazing people. I have been in health care my entire life in one way or another. I have worked im nursing homes, assisted living and in private homes. I have cared for people "from the cradle to the grave". I have worked with people with different degrees of mental, physiological and developmental status. I love conversation, I learn so much by just conversing. I believe that, if one wants to, any encounter can be a learning experience. I treat those I care for (clients), as I would treat anyone I cared for (family, friends). As a client, you are someone's "something" parent, child, spouse, sibling, etc. And you, as a person, are worthy of positive interactions, relationships, and a quality of life. My job is to relate that to you, in action and in thought. You have a right to be the person you were meant to be. You are the only one in control, you know your wants and desires, who am I to judge you, or talk against you and your wishes. I am not saying that EVERYTHING you want will be handed to you, but..is it really a big deal if you have dessert before or after a meal? I've worked with a lot of people (cradle to the grave) who have others put "demands" and "ought toos" and "shouldn't haves" on their loved ones. With moderation, does it really matter if the shower is given day or at night? Pending other plans, but, my life has been a struggle, why complicate it more with unnecessary "demands" all the time. I hope our time together will be meaningful and we can learn something new from each other along the way.

Hi, there my nam is Rebeca Martin what attracted me the most is when I was working in my first nursing home ever. I grew a strong connections to the residents and from there I wanted too be more than just their house keeper. I wanted too gain more. I watched everyone there. And then I started charging for my grandparents. And I fell in love!

I'm a sympathetic person who believes in God, treating others with love and compassion. I have a good sense of humor and love to laugh. I fell in love with helpings others at a young age, I helped my grandmother care for my grandfather whom had cancer. I like to see a patient smile and know they will be treated with respect and with dignity.

The thing that makes me a great caregiver is from seeing everyone in my family be such amazing caregivers, they are all so great at caring for others and giving to others. They inspire me to be the best care giver that I can be. I am a happy person and I always have been, and I have always loved to nurture and care for others, it makes me happy. My family attracted me to be a caregiver, cause they are all such amazing people and are always giving to others. I enjoy putting a smile on other people's faces and seeing how happy they are once I've helped them feel better.
