Hi, I'm Tasha, I am looking forward to working with amazing people. I have been in health care my entire life in one way or another. I have worked im nursing homes, assisted living and in private homes. I have cared for people "from the cradle to the grave". I have worked with people with different degrees of mental, physiological and developmental status. I love conversation, I learn so much by just conversing. I believe that, if one wants to, any encounter can be a learning experience. I treat those I care for (clients), as I would treat anyone I cared for (family, friends). As a client, you are someone's "something" parent, child, spouse, sibling, etc. And you, as a person, are worthy of positive interactions, relationships, and a quality of life. My job is to relate that to you, in action and in thought. You have a right to be the person you were meant to be. You are the only one in control, you know your wants and desires, who am I to judge you, or talk against you and your wishes. I am not saying that EVERYTHING you want will be handed to you, but..is it really a big deal if you have dessert before or after a meal? I've worked with a lot of people (cradle to the grave) who have others put "demands" and "ought toos" and "shouldn't haves" on their loved ones. With moderation, does it really matter if the shower is given day or at night? Pending other plans, but, my life has been a struggle, why complicate it more with unnecessary "demands" all the time. I hope our time together will be meaningful and we can learn something new from each other along the way.

I am a caring, loving, honest, compassionate and flexible person who started taking care of my father who was diagnose with Leukemia about 17 yrs ago. While taking care of my father, I found joy in caring for others.After losing my father I card for other family members while obtaining my CNA license. I enjoy learning person information about the patient. Building a bond with a person who one day you will consider family. One of my personal achievements was completing schooling for Funeral Director and Embalming I successful completed school March of 2018.

My understanding of each client condition. My ability to communicate effectively with client. My patience, thoughtfulness, and a cheerful disposition. Knowledge of medical terminology and medical experience. My great sense of humor. Professional attitude and great demeanor. I had a friend who's mother was in a nursing home with dementia and her mother wondered out of the nursing home and was almost hit by a car. Since then, I developed this great part of caring for the elderly and naturally, I'm a loving and caring person. Just being able to see my client smile all day and to lighten their day up. Makes me joyful. I was able to get a client who was a diabetic, hypertensive, wounds, etc. Who was on serveral medications for various condition. Cut back on most of the medications and the doctors where amaz. Just pleases my heart. Most of all my dependebility.

I'm very passionate and a great companion. My grandmother passed away with cancer when I was 15 years old. I helped take care of her also, I always said when I get older "I'm going to take care of the elderly " been doing it since 2006. I love it plus get to meet some interesting people and their family. I love what I do and can be a great asset to your love one.

my grandmother is my inspiration for doing what i do..giving care i love doing what God has given me the skills to do in caring for all in need of care... i have not only been a certified nUrse aide for 20 years but as well finished pharmacy tech with i v mixture certification 2006 and phlembotomy certified 2015 i am a happy person ...have traveled outside of USA and looking forward to doing so again ..give all glory to GOD (keeping Him 1st) just love people i cant stress it enough how much i enjoy taking care of anyone in need( especially my elders i highly respect) note(holidays pay time and a half*)

I'm a very compassionate person and likes to understand what my client is going through. I got a lot of patience that attracted me to be a caregiver. I love to put myself in my patient's shoes and identify and ease the patient's fears or discomfort. I'm passionate and love what I do that's why most of my clients likes me because they can depend on me anytime. I'm fully vaccinated.

Home caregiving has been particularly rewarding for me because the relationships that I have developed are long-term and meaningful. Being a caregiver doesn't just mean doing chores, it's also about bringing joy to someone's life. When I help someone else feel good, it makes me feel good too. I enjoy working with people and most enjoy jobs where I have one-on-one interaction with others. I enjoyed taking care of elder family members and would like to help others in this way. I like older adults and feel you can get along well with a variety of elders.

I am a great caregiver because I have a genuine love for those in need of assistance mostly in relation to health.thats why am in the process of attaining my nursing degree in the next 2 years to improve my skills and stay in the one field that I enjoy serving in.nothing makes me happier than putting a smile on someone that is just coming off a rough day.

My personality traits an d expertise is I tried to go beyond I try to hit them as much as I possibly can if I can't help I try to find someone did not get can help I will not stop until I hear I've always got a smile on my face I want them to feel comfortable and not afraid for someone to help or wanted to get help from someone. What attracts me to being a caregiver you I've always wanted to help someone they can't help their self or need assistance not being afraid in getting help.
