1 What makes you a great caregiver? I'd leave it to others to rate me as a caregiver: my clients, former clients, client's family members. I'd only say that competence, personal integrity and humility (serving and putting others first) are core to the kind of person I endeavor to be in THIS LIFE. 2 Why did you become a caregiver? I became a caregiver because I love ALL peoples, and serving is the best way to demonstrate sincere love, love as defined by N.T. writers This Douglas Adams quote says it best: "To give real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity." 3. What do you like about being a Caregiver? I'm gratified when the care I provide exactly meets the client's needs and allows family members to confidently have a guilt-free break from the care of an aging, ill, or disabled family member. (There are two in my family) 4. What is a personal achievement you are proud of? -I was picked to be on a team assembled to care for a quadriplegic client. I had the privilege of providing her professional home healthcare: meal preps, tub baths, light housekeeping, from bed to chair transfers, (without HoyerLift) She also required a colostomy bag and urinary catheter care. -I'm also proud to have been selected, from a relatively large number of candidates, to assist a family dedicated to the care of a loved one severely disabled by Autism. -Most recently, I enjoyed the privilege of helping to provide 24-hour care for a SECOND quadriplegic client: a large male, requiring assistance with no HoyerLift transfers, tub baths, lots of passive ROM & OT prescribed exercises, scheduled repositioning while asleep, and more -I once successfully self-prepared at home for a proctored Microsoft exam. -Self-instructed, I can speak some Spanish and some Mandarin Chinese. 5. Tell us something about yourself. Grandfather of 4 -lifelong Bible student -love: Gospel hymns, animals, plants, walks, ping pong, audiobooks.

I am skillful, dedicated and motivated person who can offer a high level of patient care with excellent organizational ability. I am wishing to offer a long term commitment to a future employer. Hello, My name is Natasha Tate for over a decade I have had the pleasure of working with clients that were independent and codependent. Either way, I've always taken the "giver" in "caregiver" very seriously and as such devoted myself to the selfless care of all my clients. I take an approach that focuses on dedicating myself to ensuring not only the health of my clients but also their happiness. I am deeply committed to treating my clients with dignity and respect. My goal is to win their trust and alleviate any embarrassment or anxiety they may feel when needing assistance with bathing, toileting, grooming, or other personal care. I've cared for clients with COPD, dementia, and neuromuscular diseases to name a few. Hello I'm Doris single mother of 3 lovely girls. I've been in the healthcare field for about 16 years I started off in home healthcare went on to get my Medical Assistant Degree in 2008. Afterwards I worked in multiple Doctors offices. Until I got my Cna degree in 2015 where I went on to work in the hospital on the acute Med Surge floor for about 6 months and left to do phlebotomy. Now I'm back doing home health care. I think that that I would be a great caregiver because I have always had a caring heart, I've always love to help people and make them feel better. I really don't know what attracted me to being a caregiver I've just always love being around older people and helping them and being there for them when they need it the most. I love sitting and talking to older people hearing their stories and the wisdom that they bring. I am a proud mother, I am also proud to have a caring heart even though it gets hurt sometimes. I'm proud that I am so full of joy and compassion because it helps me to help people around me and people that I meet. I am fully vaccinated.

I naturally have an urge to help others, my main priority is helping other people wholeheartedly. Empathy, compassion, Patience, Reliable, Trustworthy. Flexible. I enjoyed taking care of elder family members especially my grandparents, since then I have dedicated my time in doing work that has the potential to make a difference in someone's life. I've invested over 20 years of work experience both hospitals and in home care giving. As well as formal education and extensive training CPR/First Aid, Certified Nursing Assistant, Emergency Room Technician, Patient Care Technician, Certified Phlebotomy and EKG Technician.
