I become a caregiver when my mom got sick. I realize at that moment I will be a good aide. I love taking care of people. I really enjoy the feeling of putting a smile on someone's face. letting them know they can always count on me to be there to assist when the needs arises. I have recieved awards for my job. I have families who still keep in touch with me because of how wonderful i took care of their love ones. I have achieve so many things from being a care giver. like getting to know the different backgrounds of my clients. but my great achievements is putting a smile on their faces. Am a hardworking girl who enjoys her job as a caregiver. I have 7 years experience.

What makes me a great caregiver is the opportunity to take care of some great people who need help and appreciate good help. I enjoy talking to people and listening to stories that so many elders have. I am very compassionate and do not frazzle easily. I have extensive experience with dementia patients. I recently became a certified Death Doula, specializing in personal care for dying patients. A personal achievement I am most proud of is raising my three children with my husband of 37 years. They (children) have grown to become great adults and that's all a parent can ask for.

I'm a registered nurse with 10 years experience. My background is critical care, post-operative care and prior charge nurse experience in orthopedics/telemetry. I'm a mom of 3 young children. I'm hardworking, organized, attentive to detail and compassionate about providing high quality care with each client I encounter. After years of being at the bedside and witnessing far too many elderly and disabled clients admitted with preventable health ailments- I've decided to transition my career to provide quality care and help my community prevent these cases from happening.
