Do you need transportation to appointments or to run errands? Do you need loving care for your loved one? Approximately 12 years ago, I became my mother's Caregiver after she came home from Rehab for a major stroke. I realized how rewarding it was to feel the satisfaction of really helping someone. In the past 10+ years, I have worked as a Home Health Aide and CNA, providing many services to families and their loved ones, including (but not limited to) companionship, transportation, meals, light housekeeping, pericare, input/output, taking and recording vitals, catheter care, colostomy care, medication reminders, assistance with bathing, showers, getting dressed, and oxygen maintenance. My special focus has been with Alzheimer's and Dementia care. I am a CNA and certified in CPR and First Aid. Your loved ones peace of mind, comfort and health is my priority. I am available Thursday thru Sunday.
We all have a purpose in life and unfortunately some search a life time trying to figure out what there purpose is. Thankfully I knew from an early age that my purpose was to be a care provider. With over 10 years under my belt I have the same if not more love for what I do. Hi my name is Brittaney and like I said I have been an STNA for over 10 years now. I am CPR certified and First aid certified as well. I have worked in nursing homes, hospitals, home health, hospice, private duty, worked with children with disabilities and even did verification and authorizations for home care services. I am eager and happy to help you or your loved one in any way possible. I look forward to hearing how I can help you.
Hi my name is Julie:) I became a caregiver after helping my own parents. I have been caregiving for over 10 years. I didn't realize there were so many people in need. I have learned so much and continue learning. I'm so passionate about caregiving for I also was in a wheelchair the first years of my life as a child. Now I'm healthy and strong, but I know what it feels like to be dependent on people and my best strength is to anticipate your needs before you have to ask. I lived in California all my life. I just moved to Kentucky. I took care of my beautiful mom and a wonderful lady for over 6 years. They both passed away within 6 months of each other, broke my heart to pieces. I have family in Kentucky and decided to move. I've been here 2 weeks and ready to start my life. When your caregiving, your a care provider, friend, advocate, and grow so close and love the people you take care of. This profession has enriched my life, and it's my calling. I look forward to meeting you:)
Patient, compassionate, and understanding are all words to describe my work ethic. I've had quite a bit of experience with many different patient types, and I believe it's my calling. I truly want to make a difference in peoples lives, and what a better way, than to pay forward with a safe and comfortable life for the patients/residents. I'm CPR-certified.
After taking care of my great grandmother and watching my grandmother be a nurse for 18 years I was hooked. I love to be the person who makes my pt lives better or just a smile on their face. I love meeting and caring for new individuals and being apart of their life, care and family.
my name is Madison, I became a caregiver originally to get more experience for nursing, I love what I do because I love helping and taking care of everyone. As a caregiver, it is one of my core beliefs to serve those who need my help the most as a servant of God. I believe I was put on this Earth to help people and all living creatures, and while ultimately, I'm training to be a veterinarian, I know that when I work as a caregiver, I'm doing what I know in my heart to be the best thing I can do for the people in my community and my world.
