My name is Tamara and I've been in the medical field for about 25 years and I love what I do. I always trying to make people day better just by a simple smile or just being there to listen. People who need care often take longer to complete simple tasks, patience and compassion can go a long way when it comes to helping anyone complete any task. I'm very dependable, detail oriented, self started and just love to make everyone feel comfortable and like family.

I am a mother of 2, I also just adopted my foster daughter and my 5 month old grandson . I'm a DSP worker for the state . I work with adults and children with disabilities. I love spending time with my children and sisters . We go bowling , drive in movies and freeman lake for family time .I'm a busy woman but with the right clients and constant schedule I'm able to take care of myself family and clients. I always been a caregiver since I was two , I'm the oldest of 7. My over all goal is to open a residential agency . I became a private caregiver due to previous experience, such as working as a CNA in the past , some rewarding but working as a CNA under others I come to realize that other providers may not have the same passion as you and is only there to receive a check . I'm more passionate due to be being raised in the foster care system

I am a compassionate, dedicated person. I took care of my mother as she entered her end of life stage and that prepared me to now assist with caretaking for my father-in-law. I understand the emotional and physical needs of our elderly and am always willing to help where needed.

I have a heart for seniors and always enjoy talking with them. I find it a great opportunity to the help the elderly. They deserve some extra attention and love. It gives me a feeling of satisfaction and warms my heart when you see that the smallest things you do for them is appreciated. I been working ever since I have moved to KY from Germany 32 years ago and have established my life here in the U.S.

I enjoy helping others in a variety of capacities. I have worked for a handful of individuals who have had SCI's and am constantly amazed by their determination and their ability to continue on with life. I feel that I am constantly learning and would love to pass on my knowledge to others. I feel that my job isn't "cookie cutter", it is truly about making the life of my client easier in whatever way possible. No task is too small if it is what needs to be done. My parents taught me two things that I try to incorporate into every job that I have. One to leave things better than you found it, and to do what needs to be done, before you are asked to do it. I am very good with details, and while it may take me a day or two to learn a new schedule or program, I know that I will be doing it the way that you want it done. With my experience with SCI, people don't have a lot of control over their own lives, and I make it my first priority to give as much of it back to you as I can.

I am a wife and mom of 6, 4 daughters and 2 boys, all teenagers except my almost 3 year old. I'm extremely family oriented and have always been the caregiver of the family. Professionally, I have been a home health aide for nearly 8 years but I have worked in the medical field my whole life and actually went to school to become an EMT

Hello, I would like to introduce myself. I'm Laura Woods wife of 27 years and 3 wonderful children. I have had the joy of working with participants and their families for the past 7 years. I would like to help families get a break, so they can have some "me time" by offering respite. I have a current CPR/First Aide Certification. Completed all state modules through College of Direct Support and certified in medication administration. I'am available Friday evenings through Sunday evenings.
