What makes me a great care giver is, I treat people how I want to be treated.i also became a certified nurse aid (C.N.A) when taken care of my father at the age of 19 when he became Diagnosed with lung cancer. Right after he pass I went to CNA school in the year 2001 I been employed at my job for 16 years as of this comein March 10,2019 it will be 17 years that I have been Employed at Deermeadows. And what makes me so different and rare , is most people work just to get a check, but when you careing for a human life ITS A MUST that you have a heart A compassionate heart at that.however I also got promoted about 2010 to a (R.N.A) Restorative nursing aid Position and currently working mon-Friday off every weekend.but will work on call,on holidays ,and Emergencies.

Hello, My name is Louise Goldson and the reason I became a caregiver is because for the last couple of years of my Grandmother's life she couldn't take care of herself so I helped her and when it came to the point where I could no longer help her by myself we hired an Home Health Aide to come in and help and seeing how she cared for my Grandmother as if she were her own sparked something in me that said I can so this and help other people and their families. I love being an CNA and helping people I treat all my patients as if they are my family and try my best to make their life as easy as possible while still treating them with respect and dignity.
Taking care of my mother made me want to be in the health care. I knew that's something I wanted to do, I have been a caregiver for the Grimes Family for past couple years. Meal prepping, peg tube, trig care and suctioning when he needs it. We became family for the past years. I will be more than happy to care for your love one. I am CPR certified and also have all my clearance available.

My years of experience has shown me that every person has a special need that should be considered. I'm a dedicate caregiver that puts my needs aside to help others.
I'm a very empathetic and patient person. My family was the primary caregiver for my dad who lost his battle to cancer and to my grandmother who had dementia before passing on. I understand the pain and changes a family endures while caring for their loved ones. Everyone, regardless of age and gender deserves love, dignity and respect and this is seen through the quality of care we give. Having seen my dad go through difficult transitions attracted me to aspire as a caregiver someday. I enjoy learning from the older generations. They always have something wise to teach or a story to share! I'm most proud of my drive and optimist view on life. I surprise myself often on how I overcome life's challenges. Obstacles are an opportunity to learn!
I always show compassion and treat my patients like family, the way I would want someone to treat my grandparents. I became a caregiver when my aunt got sick with Cancer and couldn't do much for her self anymore. I enjoying helping and encouraging them to do as much as they want. I've been a Certified Nursing assignment for almost 4 years.
