I had the following duties: range of motion, personal cares, dispensed medications, transferring, used a Hoyer lift, meal preparation, basic housekeeping, shoveled snow, mowed grass, and took residents on outings. Also, during this time, I completed courses for Personal Care Worker, annual education, and CPR and First Aid. We got to know each other and was able to work with them and see their health and independence progress.
