1. I was 18 when I started and knew the training was minimal and the most important part of the job was being a naturally caring person. I knew I would take to it from all the years I spent helping take care of my Nana.
2. Job satisfaction, flexible schedule, and I really enjoy meeting knew people.
3. I met a client and within the first 1/2 hour I could tell she did not want me there. I did my best to make her comfortable and meet her needs while at the same time trying to figure out the problem. Long story short, by the end of the night we were laughing and she wanted me to come back. I will always remember that night. I'm proud that almost all of the clients I get want me to come back.
